Decent prices and easy to arrange (followed link from Topcashback, offering £100 back). Used local gas-safe fitters so supporting local business as well. NB. Cashback tracked at £60, raised claim for increase, told that £60 is correct although TopCashback still show it as £100.

Excellent service throughout. Our boiler was fitted on the day we requested and was as expected. The engineer was fantastic and quick. He provide great advice. He called to say that he was on the way and was right on time. He also cleaned up after himself and even hoovered up any mess. Other than having a nice new boiler we would not know that he had been! Having had three quotes iHeat were the most cost effective. The ordering process was easy and informative. The advice provided before during and after installation was spot on and I highly recommend them.

Awful Awful Experience!! Id give -0 if I could... iHeat were commissioned to install a boiler in our rental flat. They arrived on the 3rd of October, (having committed to doing the job on the 2nd to hook us in to buying from them) without a ladder to install a boiler having established it was a first flor flat and the flue needed extending and went away. They rebooked for the 7th their van "broke down" and they didn't make it that day either. They have managed between the 8th and now to install a leaking boiler, failed to resolve it and now proposing to fob it off under the "manufacture guarantee" have sent a Bosch engineer out who failed to find or fix the leak. It is still leaking. This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I want a replacement boiler installed with properly qualified engineers who arrive when they say they will and know what they are doing. BUT I DONT trust iHEAT to do it after this debacle! Come and take it out so we can get a trustworthy company to do it! I also want compensation for my tenants who have a brand new baby and undergoing the inconvenience of their inefficiency.

Your fitter Joshua was in every respect perfect. His pipework is very neat and the system works perfectly. After a long day he remained remarkably good humoured and he left everything clean and tidy prior to taking time to explain to two technophobes the operation of the thermostat. Based on the above I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your Company in the future. Well done I-heat !

Contact with heat was first class.They dealt with my initial enquiry and subsequent order promptly and gave me all the information I required.The installation went well and James the boiler engineer was very likeable.The only reason I have given 4 stars is because the waste from the old boiler was mostly taken by rogue scrap people and I was unaware of who was going to do this officially.I have also tried to contact James since to explain one or two things but he has not returned my calls.

I contacted iHeat after my boiler was condemned by British Gas.I spoke with Freya the best customers services staff member I have had the pleasure of dealing with ever. They provided me with a quote for the same boiler fitted £1500 cheaper than British gas.Freya kept me updated and arranged two days later for it to be fitted by Emmanuel who was fantastic.He was professional worked so hard,it was a long day for him.Explained all the controls and cleaned up leaving the place spotless.Then I received a call from Sam checking that everything had gone well.I think IHeat attention to detail and even registering your 10 year warranty was class.I cancelled my home care with British gas today and arranged for my annual boiler service to be done by iHeat.Quality!

Actual installation and boiler were great. Was disappointed we couldn’t get ‘next day installation’ as advertised and only the upstairs of the property was ‘balanced’ upon on completion- I presumed the whole central heating system would be balanced! AMENDMENT:- 17/12/24; iHeat visited and sorted the issue we had (Balancing the system). They would of come much sooner but i wasn't available. Great communications through out. Excellent and highly recommended!

Overall IHeat is a great idea providing a wide range of alternative boiler solutions and speedy installation. The Interest Free offers are really helpful when trying to spread the cost of this purchase.

I Choose i-heat because i am an iPhone customer as well and i-heat is not less then iPhone in delivering excellent customer service. i-heat representatives are Friendly, helpful and reliable. Engineer came on time for installation of boiler on that particular day and completed his job nicely without any delay. Darren was Skilled and knowledgeable person and knows his job perfectly. He done a great piping work on my new boiler. Finally Thanks to i-heat and darren who completed this installation Successfully. Highly Recommended!

I was let down by another company who could no longer fit a new boiler on the day they’d said so only had a few days notice to find another. I stumbled upon iHeat who sorted it out, photos uploaded online and a man came to fix me a new boiler, cheaper, on the day I needed. Efficient service!

Our fitter left open ended electrical wires live that were there for the previous system and the overflow pipe was piped into the wrong pipe and dangerous so was advised to re route for safety
