From the moment I found iheat online everything was so easy and simple I chose my new boiler organised a fitting date paid for it and everything followed perfectly their staff contacted me thanked me made sure everything went well and made sure I was happy and satisfied I can honestly say I would highly recommend iheat to anyone I am more than satisfied in every way 100 percent

The whole process was simple and straightforward from start to finish. Darren the engineer who came to install the boiler was fantastic, a clean and tidy worker who explained everything very well about the process. I would recommend Iheat to anyone thinking of a new boiler.

From the onset when I contacted iHeat the service provided has been excellent. The staff has been very friendly and professional in answering all my queries. I would like to mention the three staff I dealt with namely Sam, Holly Jenkinson and Gergana were efficient and courteous. Further, the engineer Daniel who fixed my boiler was very professional and excellent and diligent in setting up the boiler. I give him a score of 10 out of 10.

On considering a new boiler it’s always nerve racking picking a good company to fit a new one so after reading reviews we went ahead and chose iHeat…on the day the fitter Juris explained everything in detail and completed an amazing job and also leaving the area clean and tidy.We are so pleased we chose iHeat and thoroughly recommend them to fit your new boiler…so thank you to all the team at iHeat and to Juris the engineer!

(#HFC6BIB) Needed a boiler for a rental property quickly and I found the booking process great however that is where the good news ended. They couldn't find engineer for the original date so was pushed back a few days which I wasn't really fussed about. Then I get call to say that the engineer coming can't do a CP12 cert on appliances other than the boiler. I said to operator this is fine as I only need the CP12 on the boiler which the lady on the phone said was included in the installation. It turns out that it's not! you only get a benchmark certificate which is insufficient for lettings! So now I have put back the tennants moving in date and book another gas engineer at my expense to obtain the CP12 certificate. Poor training leads to poor information given out. Furthermore the engineer arrived but never told me he did (property was already open by another trade doing work). Didn't ring me when work was completed either and I had to chase up. All in all an utterly disappointing experience post check out. Edit. I have spoken to the after sales team and I would have liked to have seen an effort to compensate me for having to pay for the CP12 certificate but unfortunately this didn't happen.

Absolutely everything about this company was outstanding from start to end. Never before have I felt so certain that I was doing the right thing when choosing a company to carry out such an important job. From making the first contact until the completion of the replacement boiler I felt informed, nothing was too much trouble, great care was taken in assisting me to choose the right boiler. Less than 3 days after first enquiry the job was completed. I was kept informed at every stage, Steve arrived right on time and he worked solidly the job was completed in under 7 hours. Steve did a brilliant job going the extra mile to fit the filter out of sight in a very tight area, he was very respectful of my home and a very tidy worker. When he left you would never know he’d been there that day. He took time to explain the new boiler and the controls, I didn’t even have to register the boiler that’s all done by IHeat. Highly recommend this company. And a full 10 year parts and labour warranty with this boiler, as long as it’s serviced each year.

Processed in a timely manner, from Order of replacement boiler to fitting, it was 48 hrs. Website very easy to use. Engineer very good and tidy, showed us how to use the boiler and thermostat and took care of the registration of the product.
