The Boiler is good and the service has been excellent.

Easy to navigate website giving very clear details and simple quotation process. Quotation was reasonable, installation timescale was short and communication was excellent. Actual installation was carried out on time and with minimal disruption. Site was left clean and tidy with all redundant kit removed.

I've had a great experince with iHeat! My super old boiler was on the brink of collapse and finally packed in just as the cold weather set in! I compared a few places local and online, iHeat had the overall best price for including installation etc. It was super fast, popped in my boiler and property details, went through the recommendations and chose one, I selected for next day installation and after uploading my photos required, they confirmed later that day the installation was all booked. They managed to find a great local engineer as well who was fantastic so I'll be having him back for all my services! He arrived on time, got it all sorted fast and did have to go out at some point as he was sent with the wrong Hive however it was because the supplier was out of stock so they sent a slightly different one which was fine for me, I still got a Hive thermostat no biggie! I was only a little lost on the new pipe that now runs along outside my house but having quickly asked what on earth it was, it turns out to be a condensation pipe(or something like that) that most newer boilers need. Which I had no idea about but I don't really know a thing about boilers 😂 You will get quite a few calls from iHeat which is the only downside, however they usually follow up with an email if you can't answer and you can go via love chat too 😊 No issues with the boiler or the local gas man for installation! All around fab for the price, thank you iHeat for saving my winter!

Comms from customer service was good, the engineer was knowledgeable and helpful, providing good advice on what could be done with the installation and with how to look after and control the boiler. All in all a stress free experience with good comms throughout and a boiler set up that exceeded my expectations and requirements.

The service was great from start to finish, I was a bit concerned and not sure if the company was good, however, VERY VERY professional. We have been made aware of the time the engineer was arriving and he arrived at a perfect time, while calling me before arriving home. Oskar was brilliant and very knowledgeable, has done the job in a very tidy way and left the place clean before leaving and ensuring everything was working how it should. Another thing, they have registered the warranty for me. Thank you for everything!!

Bought a new boiler for a decent price,very quick as I ordered on a Sunday and it was ready to be fitted on the Tuesday,Tom the engineer talked me through the different processes,so I left him to it and he told when each stage was completed, as the boiler flue and complete flush was carried out made him have a brew while he carried on working can't fault iheat very good service.after talking me through the new thermostat and then the service book it was job well done.

Absolutely brilliant! I was so stressed out my boiler was falling to bits and I didn't know where to start. I watched the iheat video which seemed too good to true. However I read lots of reviews and started to feel a bit better about starting the process. So easy to do and every part of the process is organised to make your life easier. There is a chat option for help (which is a real person) I ended up talking to her on the phone as my typing is not the best and she was absolutely wonderful thanks Gergana! I booked Thursday and chose Saturday for the job. The fitters came, got on with it cleaned up and left. I am over the moon with my choice, the house is cosy and secure .I really would highly recommend them to everyone ❤️

The engineer that installed our boiler was very informative, friendly, very considerate and cleared up after himself, The area was cleaner than when I had left him to it in the morning! Even went further and helped me install a bracket for the washing machine waste pipe. Thank you!
