I was impressed with how quick we were able to book a boiler installation. Literally within 24 hours we were able to book. The engineer was prompt, did a good job and left the place clean and tidy. He showed us all the controls and left all the paperwork and manuals.

My experience with I Heat

Well what can I say about iHeat, what a brilliant company to purchase a new boiler from, the simple form to fill out, just put in your details or rooms etc and they make the choice for you. Ordered on a Thursday night, engineer turned up Monday morning on time. Removed old system, replaced all thermostats, new pipework, all work tidied up, full demo of the new system and stayed a little longer to make sure the job was complete in one day. Very happy with customer service, making sure everything went all ok.. This company is certainly doing things the right way. Highly recommend

The gas engineer arrived at the expected time. He did his job without taking any breaks until the installation was completed. He tidied up after himself and he clearly explained how the boiler works.

I found it easy to book online after reviewing the boilers on offer I chose the Alpha the prices quoted are really competitive I opted for the hive package also reasonable and booked a date. They phoned the day before to confirm appointment and engineer turned up on time. The job was completed within a day, had an issue connecting the hive to the Wi-Fi, but a call to the hotline solved the issue which is quite common. Would happily recommend iheat. You can book online but I had trouble with the refer a friend link so ended up phoning and using iheat’s online chat service. Both times it was a very quick and helpful service. The engineer that came out to do the boiler was super efficient and tidy. It turned out I needed the pipe work upgrading for the boiler I’d chosen but iheat honoured their initial quote and didn’t charge me anymore. Very happy customer!

IHeat customer service were helpful through out planning of the installation of a new combi boiler. Their engineers responded positively to my plans and photos for the new position of the boiler. Their fitters arrived on the day and time we had agreed. The two man team fitted the boiler in the position we wanted, overcoming challenges posed by the construction of our extension. iHeat’s competitive finance offers are another reason to recommend them.

Iheat has been brilliant, the whole experience with having a new boiler installed has been easy even in the complicated fashion that it needed to be done due to my houses quirks. From the initial correspondence with Hannah doing a virtual survey though the ordering process and onto install has been brilliant quick and easy. Tom our local iheat approved installer was incredibly friendly well mannered and thorough in his work to the point he left us with no waste to dispose of and even did the make good process of the holes from the old boiler. All in all I would use iheat again if needed and would definitely recommend the company to others
