The whole process from start to finish was stress-free. I booked the installation a day before they came. The customer service was great. Wasim was the engineer, done a great job. Overall very happy with the service I was provided by iHeat.

I needed a new boiler asap due to a leak which could not be fixed. My new boiler was fitted the next day. Lads were friendly and efficient, explained how the new boiler worked and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend

Gas leak made daughter ill and meter going backwards been put back wrong!! had to ring emergency gas to fix Tried to contact through iheat website still no response Have been waiting for response was told will contact me at 4pm four days ago but nothing!
