Brilliant experience will Tattahome. I received a generated email and a personal email straight after placing my order. When my order was going to take longer than expected, they let me know. Whenever I had a question, I sent an email and it was always replied to immediately or within the hour. The consultant, Andrew, that I was working with was kind, precise and was able to answer all my questions efficiently and effectively and at speed. It’s been a while since I have had such good, quick, speedy customer service, especially over email. It was a pleasure. My order arrived when I asked it to arrive and was well packaged and protected. Very happy overall.

I purchased a coffee grinder. I expected it to run on a US voltage since the website never showed otherwise. By chance I checked the website a week later and saw an EU voltage only in bold letters. I asked for a refund. I received it 6 or 7 weeks later, but the full amount wasn’t refunded.

I would definitely recommend this company.I ordered a Selletti mirror from them I was told it could be up to 5 weeks delivery. It came within 3 weeks of ordering I was kept up to date with the ordering and delivery process. When the box arrived the outer packaging had a large hole in it, I was worried the mirror would be smashed. It was so well packed the mirror was in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from them again a full 5 star service.

No mention what so ever of having to pay additional VAT and charges if you’re outside the EU. Makes out as if they cover all additional charges by stating that custom duties are paid for. Also completely unresponsive over email and over the phone! Will not be using this website again

Took too long to be shipped, and already missed my reception party which I planned to use the J plates in. The below reply, says the item takes 2/3 weeks to be shipped, however it was not mentioned when I ordered it, coz if it was there I would search for the item somewhere else, since I need it by mid Nov max. Even if you shipped it earlier than 2/3 weeks, (shipped in 20 Nov) I still didn’t receive it until today 28 Nov! Although I paid 38.1 EUR for express shipping.

Fourth or Fifth purchase and 5 stars, again. Product exactly as advertised, customer service is top notch, good communication on the status of the order and fast shipping. Happy with another order and highly recommend.

BEWARE OF MISLEADING PRICING: I too have had a similar experience to 2 recent posters - a demand from DHL for customs clearance of £125.53 - nearly 22% - on a lighting order confirmed for £573.72 that said it already included "shipping and handling". This is not acceptable consumer practice and makes price comparisons impossible. Tattahome terms and conditions (see below) are misleading and contradictory and imply that whilst there may be charges due outside the EU the " price guaranteed to the purchaser is that published on the website at the time of sending the order". Note that the website and invoiced prices were published IN STERLING. Come on Tattahome, if you want to do business with UK customers be transparent and stop ripping people off. Trustpilot users - please note this poor practice - the lead time on the product hasn't been speedy either - and vote with your feet. Disappointing. "7 - Prices - Invoice Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT at 22%. Companies with VAT numbers registered in a member state of the EU and non-EU citizens and companies, as well as Swiss and Norwegian citizens, can purchase on Tattahome without Italian taxes being applied.
