Don't use this company. If you do make sure you pay using PayPal. Bought an item in early December by February I still hadn't received it. I had to keep chasing for updates . Then came to my senses and filled a refund form on paypal

Excellent. Good prices. Customer service is excellent when you contact them. I had to message several times due to my item not turning up for weeks, but they kept me up to date with what was happening.

I placed an order and the promo code didn't work at time of checkout but soon as the item was delivered (in the most brilliant and secure packaging), I was refunded the discount that I should have received. I have no hesitation in using Tattahome again!

They had an item that was unavailable in the US. I had to wait a bit, but was a good price and once shipped arrived quickly. Will definitely buy again if they have something I can’t get!

The items are lovely but I had to pay so much for postage and customs tax the items weren’t cheap and probably could have got them for less in the UK. Company should make customers aware of total postage costs as I wouldn’t have bothered purchasing.

Perfect comms and delivery. Some more info on the potential costs on customs clearance would have been great (£150 on top were quite a lot) , but can’t blame them for Brexit

I wrote a review going into detail why people should be aware of the dangers of losing your money with tattahome and DHL. Andrew from Tattahome keeps peddling the absurd notion that an item originating in Italy and not delivered in UK then returned to Italy is liable for IMPORT DUTY AND VAT when returned to Italy although item not delivered in possession of DHL at all times Obviously this is ridiculous. DHL are also culpable as they somehow calculate import taxes and require payment before delivering the item in the UK. I did not want to pay the tax and used my legal rights to send it back and get a refund...a reason is not required be it extra taxes or just not liking it within 14 days. They then returned the item to Italy and the tax charged for Import to UK is deducted from a so called refund...NEVER PAID TO ME... The item never left DHL possession and ended up back in Italy. My experience with Tattahome and DHL is woefully...as bad as it could be. No refund has been paid to me....although Andrew promised me a refund minus the ridiculous taxes...surprise surprise. Buying from Tattahome is a huge risk with likely extra costs..no refund if not delivered. Looks to me like a scam.
