I have order SMEG products from them on 28 of Nov 2024. I kept asking them when it will arrive, they were keeping promising me that it will get delivered soon but it never happened. so, I asked them to get refund of €892.93. and they keep promising they are processing the refund and till this moment I have not received. I have made this order for my sister as a gift for her Wedding. my sister wedding will be after 6 days and till now I didn't get my money back.

I ordered a smeg toaster on 24th November 2024. Its now 11th Feb and no sign of it. I have been given all sorts of stories about delays with the manufacturers etc. I'm fed up now and will request a refund. I have my doubts i'll get one! Update: 26th Feb, toaster arrived. It has been a 3 month wait. I haven't tried it out yet but looks good! Have upgraded to 3 stars.

Delivery times very slow, but product arrived in good condition.

What a disappiontment. Tattahome had sourced a product I was looking for but it took an eternity to arrive (with no tracking info being provided) and therefore I cancelled the order. However, due to poor communication the order arrived late but at my home. I refused to accept the delivery and sought a refund which was yet more problematic. There were plenty of apologies from Andrew at Tattahome (they are free of course) but no refund. Eventually Paypal stepped in and provided me with a full refund resolution. But what a hassle. Don't use them would be my advice. BTW I sourced the item for half the price Tattahomne was charging me on a two-day delivery via EBay.

Purchased a £600 lamp, was promised delivery in 4-6 weeks, 10weeks, still nothing. Andrew the customer service agent, said it would be ready after 4 weeks, and kept pushing back the date saying I need to be ‘patient’ and wait for delivery… I then asked for a refund and it was agreed but like other reviewers they just don’t refund you!!!! Do not buy from this SCAM company

Shipping for ready to ship items/in stock was fast. All items i ordered was packed well, arrived complete and in all good condition.

Great communication. When an item that I ordered was identified as out of stock, the company asked if I would care to order a different item. I did, and am very pleased with the alternate choice. Items were exactly as described. Shipped quickly. Packaged beautifully and with plenty of padding. A perfect transaction.

I placed an order in November 2024 it never arrived. I requested a full refund and I am still waiting it is now February 2025. I feel like I have been scammed they have taken my money and no product to show for it.

After searching for weeks, I found the teakettle I had begun to think didn’t exist. It is beautiful. A perfect match for my Le Creuset Christmas gift from my children. The teakettle from Tattahome was easy to oder, carefully packed and shipped, with only a couple weeks for delivery from Italy, and no exorbitant mailing or tax charges. What a wonderful experience in a market that has become unreliable and disappointing. Tattahome is now among my favorite shopping sites.

British buyers beware, Tattahome price their products in £s but charge you in EURO's, so I had an additional charge from my Bank to convert. I also hadn't realised (my fault maybe) that I would have to pay an import duty at time of delivery. Overall I had to pay an extra £73.08 on a £266 tap. Just be aware. Service was good with no problems, but the above soured the experience.

Shipping was quick once it did ship. Packaged safely.
