I chose Homeward Legal as I wanted an 'all-in-one-place' for my conveyancing with the back up of a national company should something go wrong during the house buying process. Homeward Legal had very good reviews so I chose them. From the outset I was assigned to Mark who was really helpful and explained everything from fees, to searches and was at the end of the phone should I need to contact him. The first purchase fell through, after contacting Mark he assured me that their guarantee held firm and that I would not have to pay for further searches. The solicitors I was put in touch with were professional and helpful and kept me informed all through the process. I'm sure Mark would have continued to be helpful and available should I have needed him, however the whole process went through quickly with no issues. I would definitely recommend using Homeward Legal and having Mark as your main point of contact.

Fairly straightforward to obtain a quote online and I was contacted by the company straight after to ask if I wanted to proceed. Deposit for the service was collected over the phone.
