Wouldn't recommend. I could hardly talk to my solicitor during the whole process. She went on holidays on exchange date and I could not speak to anybody on her absence. Communication was very bad, they would never reply to my calls, they only communicated back via email when they wanted. With minimum details. Would never use again.

Would've been one star but my matter did come to a close after raising concerns. Reasons for poor rating: - Promised a online system for following the case and submitting documents etc but this did not work - Their "fixed fee" quote ended up being over 50% more expensive - Took about a month before they started looking into my case properly - Their promise of quick resolution for an "easy" matter took twice as long as expected, and only resolved after calling both legal firm and Homeward almost daily in the closing stages. - Their promise to look into my case afterwards to understand the difference in cost was not followed up. - They did answer the phone and respond reasonably quickly but still nothing really moved on without chasing.

I received an online quite and immediately phoned and spoke with Mark. He was extremely helpful and explained the process of removing and adding names onto the land registry. Great to know that they are open on the weekend so if I have any queries I can always contact them.

5* for opening at the weekend. I was informed on Friday my original solicitor was unable to deal with my conveyancing due to a conflict of interest and needed another one quickly.

Great service advice and good price, I secured sevices.

The staff are polite flexible and approachable. A big bonus is that they are available at weekends too - it can be hard to keep contact when working full time, do this availability is precious.
