I wish there was mechanism to select less than one star. Classic case mis selling told me i will online account to manage everything electronically there will be full communication from solicitors . Its been 14 days trying to reach their Partner solicitors complained 5 times no action . I am losing money on property that I was buying so I will not recommend them infact they should investigated.

Very quick at providing competitive quotes and taking on work to allocate to law firms. Very quick at taking payments for both transactions in advance without checking law firm happy. In my case it was PM Property Law in Sheffield ! Badly let down when the transfer of equity work was done after 2 weeks, even though it is so simple to fill in TR1 form, but law firm refused to do the sale of same property work after TR1 work was done! Homeward kept on saying one thing and the law firm the opposite. Customers get caught up in the middle when they have nothing to do with the arrangements between Homeward and law firm ! Stay away as I have asked for a refund for doing part of the job after 2 days of intense stress caused by Homeward and PM Property Law! Let down by false promises with no substance. Homeward really have no say in what work the law firm take on so go direct to law firm and ask if they take on work ! and you will find a better service and competitive pricing which I have now!
