I spoke to Craig previously and he was incredibly helpful and Knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions whilst being understanding of my situation. I have since contacted yourselves again and was put through to Craig again. He once again performed politely and his approach was excellent yet again.

I am really pleased with how the process went, I was regularly updated throughout the process, good communication from my solicitor and I felt in very safe hands the entire time.

Instructed homeward to help with a house purchase a week ago. Filled the forms, the customer service is very nice and helpful, had to answer the same questions. Then the case was handed over to PM Property Lawyers. Again nice onboarding experience, but had to fill in all the same forms. Things are progressing albeit slowly. All of the sudden after 3 days I'm getting an email from PM Property Lawyers saying they can't help me with the purchase. No reason given. It was last Thursday... next 3 days on the calls with Homeward /PM Property Legal... still don't know the reason. Yesterday I was told by Homeward that PM legal is definitely taking my case and I should expect a call today. Noone called of course, had to call and after 20 minutes of music and speaking to the customer service i learn they are NOT taking my case. Bottom line is - working day 7 after instructing Homeward I still don't have a solicitor. *** UDPATE *** After posting the initial review the confirmations and assurances were given (this was a week ago). Today finally I see the progress in the PM Property Lawyers App, my case seems on the move and some searches came back already. Many thanks to the Homeward's customer support for chasing / helping with the case! Best regards.

Started off well but don't seem to respond to emails after a while. Solicitors they farm it out to also quite disappointing. Promise a great deal but don't seem to deliver?
