I spoke to Kat, she was really friendly, efficient and helpful. She was able to pass us through to a solicitor who could help us. She explained that the solicitor would be in contact over the next few days. The solicitor emailed us the same day and advised of what information they need to proceed.

Can’t even explain how grateful I am firstly with my property falling through and the reassurance I received and having the guarantee without paying further payments. However, I did not then realise that Homeward Legal would not actually be providing the legal services, but passing me on to PM Property Legal. PMPL's service was shambolic. I therefore cannot recommend Homeward Legal, who passed my business to them.

I have been trying to get an update on the sale of my property since the 18th of February! Bearing in mind it originally sold 11th of November! I'd really love to get an update and get my house sale complete! Currently would not recommend this company at all! **EDIT TO UPDATE** ** I finally spoke with somebody from homeward legal on Thursday afternoon and was promised a call back and official update today. Unfortunately I'm still waiting. So still none the wiser as to where I'm at with my house sale.
