Mark at Homeward right on top of his game with up to date insight of the conveyancing industry at the moment, appointing suitable solicitors with capacity very quickly, and at the usual excellent price. I know from past experience, it is really powerful to have someone to turn to to put on that bit of extra pressure onto the actual solicitors at crucial moments in the process. I had the worst expetience with their customer service and the lawyers they recommended. All deadlines were missed as the lawyer simply was "too busy to complete it on time", 8 months in and I have been told I'll need to restart the application as the bank's mortgage offer has expired. Stay away from them, they take your money, promise you good service but DO NOT DELIVER. I have complained to them and called various times to speak to someone about my worries but keep being told I'll be called in 24 hours. We are now on the 4th day.

Have used homeward legal a few times now and they’re always so helpful. Fantastic customer service.

Had some issue with them however Dealt with Joshua who was very apologetic and sorted the whole issue. Glad God still make people like Joshua otherwise no good is expected.

We are first time buyers and weren’t 100% sure what the process was, how it works or what to do when it came to solicitors and surveys.. we spoke to a very friendly guy called Josh who took his time to explain the process and went into great detail of all the steps involved. He was very patient and ensured we understood everything that was being explained. Within minutes we had a quote emailed to us, which was easily readable and clear to understand. The company recommended (Davies and Mcgrath ) after over a month! Despite numerous call and E mails have not contacted the customer or buyer and selling solicitors! Absolutely appalling !

Really great service. Josh managed to get me a bespoke quote for a conveyancing solicitor within 24 hours. The price is really competitive and everything is set up with the solicitor ready to go. I would definitely recommend.
