My experience With Homeward Legal today was very good. I explained what I would like and Hari confirmed that they would be able to do it and it would be a fixed rate, which is what I wanted. So I am very pleased and will review again once the work as been done if they will let me.

DO NOT USE! They do not reply to emails, no updates to what is going on, they take forever to get anything done, the only time they spoke to you is when they want your money, and if your lucky to actually speak to someone, you get attitude and patronised. They refuse to help you, and if they don’t refuse they will just ignore you. I had to submit two formal complaints to actually get something done!! How they are still practicing is beyond me! Even my estate agents said they are they worst they have seen! Avoid at all costs!

The advisor was knowledgable, prpfessional and patient. She took the time to explain it all in a clear and concise way and was able to answer the many questions I had. Fantastic lady, a credit to the business.

My experience started on the high side. With great conversation with a legal rep and a good-priced quote. I was very pleased with the experience. From there onward, everything went bad. I was hooked with a horrible solicitor. Who simply didn't respond to any of my messages. I called back Homeward Legal asking them to change my solicitor. They welcomed that, then nothing happened. Dropped them an email, nothing happened, called back again, and nothing happened. So I ended up spending 3-4 hours of my week chasing Homeward and their terrible solicitor just to start with my work. Sorry, but I prefer to pay more and get an actual service. I called and asked for a refund.

Absolutely and utterly completely useless! From now on I will only use local firms, hard to contact, slow to reply, changed case manager part way through process (not that he had done anything) and then THEY decided couldnt complete our house purchase and told us by email to get a local solicitor. Paid for searches etc on 09 Aug and still waiting for them to arrive and be sent to new 'local' solicitor, its now 29th Sept. UPDATE 12th October To be fair they called me the day after this intial negative review was posted... not heard anything since despite promise to investigate and feedback. Not suprised!!!

Spoke to a lovely.man called Ian regarding a deed of trust on a property. He explained the process, answered my questions and completely dispelled any concerns I had. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Appalling level and service and completely incompetent. We have had to chase them multiple times on every single point and even when we have done their job for them they still haven't forwarded documents or actioned anything. They are almost impossible to contact via the telephone and do not respond to emails.
