Very poor experience. They basically just connect you with a random firm of solicitors and then just abandon you, it is impossible to get any update from them or the solicitors firm, we are over 3 months in with them on a non-chain purchase and getting nowhere.

I saw Homeward on the net contacted them regarding change of equity on our home.The service they offer is very easy to understand and I am delighted with the cost which was a lot less than expected This company is very organized in what they do,and I am very hàppy with service provided so fàr.

There's nothing wrong with the business model of fridaysmove....but the solicitors they pimped me out to were actual crooks. They were so busy fighting a court case for selling dodgy tax schemes (which they lost) that they were unable to deal with my property purchase at all. I mean they literally ignored any and all correspondence from everybody. It wasn't until the transaction timed out that their senior partner leapt into action. And of course in true solicitorial style , his main concern was to try to cover his own backside. A backside that just been pummelled mercilessly in the aforementioned court case. In the end, my only recourse would have been to employ another solicitor to sue him for professional incompetence. But when its solicitors that are the problem, that would be like using more wood to put out a forest fire. I have had to write off thousands . I can safely say that I will neve ever ever ever use this company again.EVER.

Went with Homeward Legal after finding good reviews on trust pilot. They will put you in touch with one of their panel of solicitors. That's where the problem arise. If you are lucky you can get a decent solicitor else like in my case you get a solicitor who did not even send me an acknowledgement for 2 weeks. Left them after 2 weeks of no response. The searches are carried out at the start so when I left them I did not get a refund of this amount of ~ £380

I have called Homeward Legal regarding to the refund that I haven't received over one month. They processed the refund of £60.00 immediately today. I appreciate their quick respond. Thanks!

Booked a simple purchase with these people. Surprised to find we were subbed to KR Conveyancing in Wales. Total waste of time with no comms or misleading nonsense given for inaction. Cancelled kr and went elsewhere for a proper service. Do yourselves a favour and avoid its not worth the hassle.

We're in the process of buying a house and the estate agent suggested they deal with getting us a solicitor. We asked for a quote and it seemed ok but checked a few other places as well. When the quote came back from homeward legal seemed a lot cheaper and covered more things. So naturally I called them and enquired. They explained how they work and Mark talked me through everything start to finish. We were sold after that conversation and since then everything has gone very well. Thank you
