I got a quote from the website which I was happy with. Then I received a phone call from Charles who was very knowledgeable regarding the services. Myself and my partner had many questions to ask and Charles answered all with great detail and professionalism. I have just engaged Homeward legal to act on my behalf to purchase a leasehold property. I was impressed with the initial service and advice from Charles and trust that all will proceed smoothly.

I received a call from a very pleasant young man, Hari , who introduced himself and explained how the process would work . He was very informative and friendly without being pushy. As I wanted to discuss with my husband, I arranged for Hari to call me back which he did at the appointed time, Hari explained things clearly & concisely and I agreed to proceed with the instruction. It was explained that emails would be sent confirming our conversation and they arrived within 5 minutes. So far a very easy and stress free process .

No solicitor instructed 4 days after payment despite chasing up twice. I was told that a solicitor would be instructed within 24 hrs.

Great if you want to waste time and money! Lovely and pleasant when they’re taking your deposit, then they ignore you…. As do the solicitors they refer you to! You will get nowhere fast with this firm, you can’t even chase them up because they pass you on! Gutted I’ve wasted valuable time waiting for these people to do absolutely nothing. I actually was convinced it was an elaborate deposit scam, until I called the firm they’d passed my details to. Yes, they had my details but didn’t actually do anything with them.
