Craig was great and set me up with a solicitor to check the legal pack for an auction property at speed; it should be done by close of play tomorrow; just in time for the auction the day after!! Thank you again Craig, you were brilliant!!

Brilliant service. Was speaking to the solicitor within 20 mins, with all the information to give to my buyers straight away. As a technologically disadvantaged person is was great to find an easy service to use. With the no move no fee as well I know I wont lose out if anything changes

The buyers of my house are using this abysmal service. So far the first solicitors they used took 6 weeks to do nothing, apart from go on holiday and not have anyone look after it. The next solicitors were supposed to be ‘the best’ and they can’t even keep to the timescales they themselves set. The entire chain is in jeopardy because of incompetence and the communication skills are awful. Avoid at all costs.

Quick, fast and responsive. A very helpful chap called Aaron smith really helped with it from start to finish.

So far so good. I am confident that HL will be continue to assist me as efficiently and as quickly as they have thus far. Much appreciation to Craig.

I started my negotiations in JAN 2021, started well, then let down by Alexander Grace solicitors after 3 months of patience, Homeward legal shut the door on me. I called, no answer, I messaged no return call, promised to call, no call back. Such a simple process too. The guarantee they offer is toilet paper. I would love to hear from them & move forward, or just give my deposit back.

Homeward Legal provided good customer service when I had to contact them multiple times due to the awful service of the solicitors instructed. Calls were answered quickly and emails responded to with a resolution offered and they were able to address some of the delays. Would recommend Homeward Legal however be aware that if Alexander Grace are instructed you should expect very long delays and no communication.

To be fair this company is highly trained in customer service. However, the solicitor company they connected me with was beyond useless and left me facing much higher fees from an different company who can do the same auction pack work within 24 hours. They were trying to help I think but could not get the job completed- 3 weeks and no auction pack. Will not be using a company like this again, better to pay a little extra and deal with solicitors direct.

Absolute rubbish,they take your money quickly and disappear,you try ringing their customer service and you're past from pillar to post!They give your conveyancing solicitors,totally out of your area,which is useless!Just go to the Ombudsman as you won't get any satisfaction from them.Its quite ironic that you have to take a solicitor to the Ombudsman,don't you think!!!!!!!

I found the team to be very professional and helpful. Josh was extremely professional and yet very polite at the same time. Very informative and helped a lot along the process.

Bought my first home with them. My purchase was forwarded to PCS Legal. Horrible experience, Homeward wasn’t able to help with anything. Don t recommend neither of them. Homeward , don’t even bother replying to my email that someone will be in touch as I am still waiting for someone to contact me after the last time you said that someone will contact me.

Homeward Legal provided us with Alexander Grace Solicitors and what a joke they are! Despite asking for updates, they didn’t make us aware of an issue from our buyers solicitors and didn’t reply to their email at all. Due to this, our buyers pulled out, collapsing our whole chain and meaning we had wasted money on searches and a survey. Tried contacting Homeward for help as AG wouldn’t take responsibility and got no reply. Really disappointing service! We are now using a different solicitors as we weren’t confident of AG capability. Expensive mistake!

I regret to say that Homeward Legal did not keep up their good service in that the solicitor that I was introduced to was petty in the extreme. I asked to be allocated another and that worked. A good experience working with the second . However buyers into this service should be told this is an INTRODUCTION SERVICE ONLY. Homeward Legal themselves do not provide the service.

They're helpful, polite and responsive, but more importantly they referred me to a fantastic solicitor, who did all the work for my house purchase quickly, efficiently and without any fuss. I'm happy to say the same firm is now doing my flat sale. It's taken the stress out of moving!
