United Kingdom | 18 November 2024I ordered a watch online from them as a 60th birthday present three months ago for next day delivery and it has still not arrived. Best of all, they do not even have the courtesy to contact with updates. I've called them on multiple occasions to try and get some information and they have nothing to provide me, but they say they will email with an update - an email that never comes. They are very polite on the phone and I believe the individual members of the team are sorry for the long wait, but it is quite frankly unacceptable service. They offered a refund, but as I bought this watch during a promotion, I now wouldn't be able to buy the same watch with the refund. They also still advertise the watch, so they are not even willing to address the supply issue, so I imagine I am not the only one in this limbo. Would avoid ordering from this company in the future.

United Kingdom | 16 November 2024I have say I just love the item we bought but the service we received was rubbish we had to ring 3 times enquiring when we would receive are order it came with the post man and should have been delivered by DPD maybe if we had spent more money we might have had a better service

United Kingdom | 16 November 2024A Zero would be more appropriate - Items advertised on their website are not in stock, they take full payment, then email back saying item will be available (in my case, in 3 months) - I have now been told they will refund me in 14 days, disgusting, the order was cancelled the next day when told they had no stock, complete joke of a company, avoid at all costs, my bank has raised a dispute regarding the transaction

United Kingdom | 15 November 2024I wish there was an option to give 0 stars as that what this company deserves. Made an order over 7 weeks ago and still not received it. Been told today that it will be another 2-3 weeks. When I made this order I told them that it was a sentimental gift for a family member as we have recently lost both our parents. Being told excuse after excuse. If you ever want to make an order with this company I would recommend you don't unless you want it a year later.

I placed my order over the weekend, and Harriet arranged for it to be dispatched on Monday, arriving promptly on Tuesday. The jewelry was beautifully packaged and came with a certificate, adding a lovely touch of quality and care. I had also requested a ring sizer, which arrived on Tuesday as well, neatly packaged just like the main order. This was my first purchase with C W Sellors, but it certainly won’t be my last—I’m already in discussion for my next order!

I have ordered jewellery from them twice and both times the delivery on the items has been super quick and the jewellery is high quality. With my first order I received a £250 gift card to use towards another order plus a 20% discount for the item I was purchasing at the time which took around £400 off the final price, brilliant service!

United Kingdom | 07 November 2024Update: 7 November - miraculaously they have sent through a Refund Notification! A familiar tale about this seemingly ethically challenged business: 1. Placed an order for a Hamilton Watch on 11/10 2. Advised delivery in 1-2 weeks 3. Received email from them on 14/10 advising that the watch was not actually in stock - they must order direct from Hamilton Watches and would advise ASAP 4.I responded to thank them for the update - but was none too pleased 5.Emailed them on 18/10 to get an update and pointing out that they did not advise at point of purchase that the watch was not in stock 6. Email from them on 19/10 basically saying they had no update but were trying to get one from Hamilton Watches 7. Email from me on 21/10 cancelling the order and requesting refund to purchase card 8. Three hours later an email from them saying this: "Thank you for confirming your refund request. I will pass this over to the cancellations team for you today. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to be processed back to you. If you need anything else, please do let me know". 9. I email them yesterday (05/11) to say that there is something else I want - my money - it is now 12 working days since they notified me of 10 working days to refund - their terms that they have not honoured. They have not responded to this last email. CW Sellors have had my money - over £700 - for almost a month having 'sold' me a watch they did not have and had no idea of the lead time for...This is a common complaint and apparently unscrupulous practice by this arguably unethical company. They are potentially earning interest on my money of course, whilst they deprive me of a refund...and I resent that. @CW Sellors - you now leave me no choice since you are not communicating and have not refunded the money. This review is the first of several to come on well chosen watch forums and social media platforms to ensure that others may take an informed decision on whether to order a watch from you. I see you have highstreet outlets, so perhaps I will have to head to one of those - and there are 2 within range - and politely request my refund in the shop?
