CW Sellors is highly recommended company,well organized with shipping and accurate delivery.I am very impressed that they kept me updated on the progress of my purchase.

A bit disappointed with the online with misleading information. Some items you buy you receive a free gift unfortunately this was not explained how you get it.

Cost not reflected in the quality of earrings sent. Stone colour on the website photo not the same as received. Slower than promised delivery too. Lesson learnt, jewellery needs to be seen not bought online.

I was sent the wrong item, it was awful. I had to send it back bt recorded post but did get a refund and postage refund. Has put me off buying online again.

I recently had a silver and pearl necklace cleaned by Sellors. I was delighted with the result- it looks like a new necklace. It did take 6 weeks but it was worth the wait overall. Thank you to Holly who served me when I picked up the necklace.

If I could rate this company zero I would! I don't know how they managed to get 4 star reviews SMH!!? If I could rate this scam company zero stars I would have. Before you make a purchase from them they are great polite and all, but once you make a purchase and something goes wrong that's it they are not willing to help, they are rude and they won't respond to messages. My necklace got broken it took over 3 months for them to return this item to me! I sent over a dozen emails and a dozen phone calls nobody answered and when they did they where extremely rude!!!! I bought a bracelet from CW the bracelet was clearly not brand new it had scratches and was tarnished I sent it back immediately literally less than 48hrs! I had to chase them up asking have U received the bracelet after numerous calls and unanswered emails finally a sales rep that I am unable to name due to guidelines (very rude and horrible individual) sent me an email saying I damaged the bracelet and that I will not be getting any refund this person wasn't even ready to resolve the issue and said I should make a complaint to the finance company V12 (V12 are useless as well!!) they didn't help I had to raise a complaint to the financial ombudsman. Thank God for the financial ombudsman they looked in to the case and helped me get my money back!!! Had to cut the story short but I'm telling you it was such a horrible experience this terrible company has put me off buying anything expensive online I will be going to the store to buy things like this! My advice to anybody is do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CW SELLORS they have a very poor customer service, I actually wish I could name and same the people who I had interaction with via email and phone but due to the guidelines I am not allowed to name/expose these people , I wish I could post all the emails and correspondence so people can actually see what kind of company CW SELLORS are.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a ring which was on sale and listed as 'in stock'. Shortly after I receive a message from CW Sellors that the order can't be fulfilled as the item is out of stock and the supplier no longer stocks it. (A blatant lie, as I bought my replacement directly from the supplier and warned them about CW Sellors' practices). Eventually got a refund for my initial order and was out of pocket for a few weeks. I wouldn't ever use this company, and specifically its website, ever again. Avoid when buying a gift for a loved one, because it'll cost you time and money.

I have just had the most amazing experience with this company. Not only did they reduce the price of my purchase but helped get a loan for me as well. They only have a 5 star but believe me they should get 10 star. So recommend them brilliant.
