This service is absolutely unprofessional, I will never be using it again. After having been promised many things by the sales department about the delivery date, I purchased a Frederique Constant. From the moment I made the purchase until the day I requested a refund I did not get one update on my order for 3 months. 3 MONTHS. They do not care one bit about your order after you have made payment. Please do not use this company.

Terrible company. Ordered a Barrington Watch Winder that never arrived. Lots of false promises about delivery, but after 8 weeks of waiting I got bored and cancelled the order. They blamed Barrington saying they were manufacturing it, but I don’t believe it. Still waiting for my refund, but luckily I paid on my credit card so will request a chargeback. Their WhatsApp support is great until you challenge them then they just stop replying. Emails the same, reply at first then stop when they run out of excuses. I’d steer well clear. I've had it confirmed by a third company that these guys are super unreliable!!

Appalling company we have bought form you before and bought a bracelet which a stone broke after 4 weeks. We were told it would be £60 to repair which we have relunctantly had to pay. We will no longer use this company and would advise any else not to.

Presentation of watch very poor as item was placed upside down in presentation box. the watch strap was to be adjusted to suit my needs BUT WAS NOT! Emma was very helpful. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
