Please avoid at all costs! A bit like all the other reviews, sold a watch they don’t have in stock - wasn’t informed it wasn’t in stock - they can’t confirm a delivery date and the worst part is they haven’t even said sorry (this is a Christmas gift and it’s taken 2 weeks to get to this point)! Overall a terrible company to deal with

Bought a watch on line not realising it wasn’t in stock. C W said they hadn’t a date for when the watch would be in so I asked for a refund. They said it would be 10-14 days even though I had cancelled only hours after purchase. I complained but they said that was their position. I have asked them on numerous occasions for my money but my emails a being ignored. Very poor customer service.

I contacted CW Sellors online to see if they would price match a Tissot Watch to John Lewis. At the time it was nearly £100 cheaper at John Lewis - but they were out of stock. I was contacted back and they agreed to price match the watch. I then contacted them again to see if they could do watch sizing alterations prior to dispatching the watch - again they were quick to respond and advise that they could. They also sent me an email saying they had reserved the watch for me with a link to complete my purchase - which I did. A couple of days later they emailed me again to say the watch would have to be ordered from the manufacturers (so not reserved as previously stated). They said to advise if the watch was needed for a specific date. The watch was for my son’s 18th birthday a few weeks after the order was made. They were not able to guarantee the watch would reach me in time so I had no option but to cancel the order. They then advised the refund would take 12 to 14 working days to process. I emailed again saying this was unacceptable but they emailed back saying there was nothing they can do. 13 working days later I got an email to say my refund had been processed - 24 hrs later it was not in my bank account, so I rang them and they advised it took 24hrs. So basically, they sold me a watch they didn’t have even though they said it had been reserved - and then sat on my money for virtually 3 weeks - whilst I had to source the watch elsewhere. They were always polite and courteous but the service was pretty awful.

Initially purchased a Breitling in May 2024, only to discover that the watch was not only in their stock, but was not guaranteed to be in their stock, or even be allocated to them by Breitling. Obviously I requested a refund. Stupidly I accepted half of the refund to be used for the purchase of a sale item Zodiac Sea Wolf. The refund remaining took many chasing messages before finally being processed on July 8th! Zodiac arrived faulty. Movement froze every few seconds. Returned to CW Sellors hoping for a solution as piece was limited edition and “irreplaceable”. Watch was returned shortly as “Fixed” with no indication of fault. Watch then developed the same behaviour, only this time movement seized completely. At this point a return for refund was requested, and seemed to be acceptable based on phone call. Then after further waiting, was told watch had to be returned to Fossil USA to confirm “legitimacy” of fault. Cue further waiting and chasing. Discovered today that watch was back with CW Sellors, repaired. Explained I didn’t want watch at this point after twice proving faulty. UK consumer law is clear on this point that this is within my consumer rights. CW’ responded that watch was originally found to be “damaged” and was fixed as a good will gesture!?!?!? If so, watch was shipped damaged, which is even more egregious that simply developing a fault! Called today to chase progress of refund and told that watch had had movement replaced and was ready to be sent back to me. Convenient that this all came to pass when I chased, rather than CW’ contacting me to advise… Now arguing that they will not refund, based on spurious timings and unfounded speculation being passed as fact on their part. Facts that simply do not pass muster. I will NEVER use this disgraceful company or any of its alter egos again. In summary, have made five purchases over the last few years, including a Mondaine by my wife that arrived with no crown! This was also contested by CW’ only for them to admit that their pre-shipping validation photograph showed that the crown was not present! (Yet still they shipped it…). Of these five, Only one transaction was as expected. The Mondaine was demonstrably shipped broken. A new UBoat was shipped with a damaged battery cap which had been badly tampered with (burred and DLC scratched). A Breitling that didn’t exist, and a Fossil (Zodiac) that was again shipped broken - twice! Horrific experience and now trying to decide which path to go down in order to recover my money and force an apology! If they can do these two things, I might reconsider this “review”. At present though, I can not warn anyone away from this terrible group of companies enough.

Disgraceful. Shame you can't give zero stars. I bought a watch for my daughter from Luxury in Time on 25/11/24. (I've since discovered that Luxury in Time is/was owned by C W Sellors but was seemingly dissolved this month according to companies house). I heard nothing about my order so phoned on 2/12 to get an update. I was told the watch would definitely be delivered in 7 - 10 days. On 6/12, totally out of the blue, I received an email which simply said I had received a refund! No explanation or reason why. On 7/12 I phoned and spoke to someone at C W Sellors who said they'd spoken to someone at Luxury in Time and they would call me to explain on 9/12. Unsurprisingly I didn't get the call. What a disgraceful and totally unprofessional way to treat customers.

I visited C.W.Sellors Ashbourne store this afternoon and was very fortunate to have Tom look after me and he did so extremely well. I was having a folding clasp fitted to my Meistersinger watch also purchased from Sellors, without question the finest company to purchase your luxury watch or fine jewellery from. Tom couldn’t have been more helpful and advised me on my next potential purchase which he noticed me admiring. Yet again, superb service from Sellors and amazing service from Tom. Don’t look anywhere else, very highly recommended.

I put a review on another trust pilot page for c w sellors but not sure which one as there are a few. I read a lot of bad reviews about items not arriving and bad service but decided to bite the bullet as the sale price was amazing and paying by PayPal you can get refunds easily. Online was easy to use, the watch was even sized for my son’s wrist! And it turned up in two days, which with Black Friday, which I can only imagine is a busy period, was very quick. It is very well packaged, and my son will be so happy ☺️ will definitely use again!

This is the third watch I have purchased from C W Sellors, each time it has been an excellent service. The watches arrived on time securely packaged, excellent quality all the time. The last purchase is a Christmas present for the wife, hope she likes it.

Terrible customer service. Paid for an item more than a month ago and still not received. I asked for the refund as the item was supposed to be a gift. After 2 weeks of asking for the refund, still no confirmation of it. They are dishonest and terrible customer service.
