Ordered a Tissot watch online, received email saying it will be sent in 2 days, when there was no communication after a week i contacting the very polite sales team they said they were having difficulty with supplies from the manufacturer, but will let me know. After another two weeks with no communication i cancelled the order as they did not know when it would be in stock, I ordered the same watch from John Lewis and it came the next day. Today i am pleased and thankful to say i received a full refund but it has taken 43 days and CWSellors have wasted alot of my time.

Purchased a watch for my wife asked them to adjust the strap which they did all good so far. Watch arrived and my wife open the parcel and tried the watch on. Unfortunately she did not like it so we parched the watch up and sent it straight back via Royal Mail tracked postage. Sellors told us the watch had been worn and not it the same condition as when it was sent out and would not give a refund. The watch was out of the box for less than 20 minutes I will never use Sellors or any of their companies again. If you use this company take your own pictures of the item when it arrives and when and if you send it back.

I hardly write reviews but this customer service was disappointing. I asked for a refund since they had told me the item was out of stock in online chat but they disconnected without trying to resolve anything (on the website it does not say anything about out of stock). I will get my refund no matter the circumstances while I write this 1 star review. I would have given 5 stars if they kindly gave me a refund without any hassle.

The ring is a lovely design and I really would love it ...there is one flaw though. I have tried ringing the shop to explain but my local is now closed so I need to know about exchanges ...as mine has this flaw .

I started to worry that the company were not legit. I paid and had not received my items ordered 6 months ago (May 24). I was told the items would be ordered in (not in stock) but no warning it would be a 6 months wait! However, the items did arrive today perfectly packaged. I got them for what I believe a good price. Free luxury jewellery travel box as well. Staff polite on phone calls. Where the company fails is that different staff would say different things when I chased the order status, so order updates where my items were were frustratingly inaccurate. If you don’t mind waiting months and months do rest assured the items will come, from my experience anyway.
