REFUND I returned my item and it was received by the Company and it is now 24 days later and despite several phone calls, being told refund has been issued, I have STILL NOT received my refund!!! Should have been within 7 to 10 days. Spoke to a manager who actually told me that it was a lot of money (£2255) to refund!!! Yes a lot of money for me too!!! Never ever will I have anything to do with this company. Beware.

I was kept up to date with the processing of my order. My order was received in good time, and was exactly how described. I would purchase from this seller again.

I have now asked numeorus times for the refund I am entitled to for some earrings for my wife that CW Sellors could not now supply. The Order was cancelled on 19/9/24. I called them yet again today and were told that my refund would be processed / sent today. Needless to say this has not happened. I will call them again tomorrow and hope other people will not experience the same issues I have, especially when items are for a specific / special occasion.

Excellent product and customer service of the highest standard. Needed a piece by a fixed deadline and they were extremely obliging.

If I could give minus stars I would. Claim to be an official Alsta stockist, but are not! Waited over 2 months for my item, with a new excuse each time. Blatantly lied to me as when I contacted the owner of Alsta, he confirmed that the brand would no longer have any dealings with CW Sellors, and that they had been lying to customers. Forwarded this email to them and asked to cancel the order. Had to open a paypal dispute to receive my refund. AWFUL company!

The order arrived in good time & staff at the Chesterfield did the final adjustment to the fit of the watch bracelet.

Please note that while some customers may have had a good experience with this company, my personal experience with their after-sales communication has been extremely poor. When requesting a refund, they took three weeks to process it, despite providing vague explanations about a small network team contacting customers, which I never received. The delay in refund processing was unacceptable, taking a total of 22 days, suggesting that the company may purposely delay refunds to resell items and avoid losses. Exercise caution when dealing with this company, as I will not be returning due to this negative experience.

Having order from C W Sellors a couple of years ago I went to them again when the the Fenix 8 was released. The lead time was 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later I am still waiting. Communication has been just awful and I was promised an update last week (27th Sept)… still nothing. Really disappointed in both the lead time offered and level of communication. Awful.i won’t be buying here again.

Clearly the watch had been worn, on display or other. Stickers removed and the leather strap holes elongated. I checked the watch over with no scratches but lots of finger prints, dust etc. Ensure you check carefully any watches you buy discounted.

Very bad and misleading communication around the delivery of a timepiece, which turned to be out of stock and was ordered from German manufacturer. Initial estimate for the delivery was 3 weeks (long term already!), then it quickly became 5 weeks, after which time the watch was still not delivered and not even clearly trackable...CWS never contacted me to proactively update on the status of the order, they only reacted when contacted by me. Communication with Customer Service was never of any help, except for delaying my decision to cancel this order earlier with false promises that watch is so close to delivery. Happy to have cancelled today after the fifth fruitless chat with CWS Customer Service (a guy called Harley), who btw was impolite and nonprofessional by letting me waiting 20 min online pretending he contacted the manufacturer(!)...for an update, as well as being vague about the very important issue of refund processing. I dear hope my refund will be processed faster than the delivery of the watch. Avoid CW Sellors at any cost, for me it is a great disappointment and definite NO GO for the future!

Ordered a TAG CARRERA AUTOMATIC CHRONOGRAPH. Absolute love it. Amazing communication. They said the watch would take a week to arrive. I was fully aware I had to wait a week which is fine. But it actually came in 6 days! So happy days. Came in amazing condition, boxed perfectly. Not gonna lie the reviews did worry me and I took a risk. Well worth it, definitely will buy again. Thank you!

I recently purchased my first grail timepiece and couldn’t be happier with my decision. It was worth the wait as they had to get it from the brand but shipped it as soon as they received it. It was carefully packed and delivered next day. Right from the purchase to delivery, the experience throughout was great with all my queries on updates answered on time. It was very easy to reach out using chat option and received reply promptly. Very competitive pricing as well and am sure they value their customers. Very happy!

Stylish watch for an 18th birthday gift at a competitive price. Delivery was longer than expected, however, but having called customer service to explain the significance of the purchase they chased with the manufacturer and the watch has arrived just in time for the big day. Whilst delivery may not have been the quickest, staff were extremely helpful, and it's much appreciated in this day and age of call centres where you're kept on hold for hours and operatives just read off a set script, that CW Sellors customer service calls are answered swiftly by people who are keen to help and know their products. For that, I can forgive the delivery issue. Would use this company again.

Ordered a watch knowing that it was a likely 2-3 week wait but price was competitive so went for it. It’s now 4 weeks and still no watch. I contacted them a few days ago for an update and they weren’t able to provide me with one. On the website it still says 2-3 weeks delivery and I’ve suggested to them perhaps they should amend that to ensure accuracy and to better meet patient expectation. Following on from this review, and an email they did get in touch and told me that the watch was no longer available and would I like a refund or exchange. I asked for a refund and still waiting 10 working days later for it. No further update on refund despite sending them an email. Awful communication. Poor service. Bought same watch from another company and it was delivered within 3 days with updates regularly.

Good value. Good communication as item was ordered in advance of release by manufacturer they keptme informed. And when I did email they responded within 24 hours.
