The chain on the item was sent to me with a massive knot in it . It would have been visible to anyone inspecting the item . I spent some time trying to untangle it . I think the item should have been inspected before dispatch.

Another Quality Experience Easy Purchase from start to finish

The necklace broke inside 2 months and I had to chase a few times for the £250 gift voucher promised. We are still awaiting the return of the item from repair.

The Gucci earrings were on a small offer making Sellors cheaper than the high Street jewellers.The earrings came on time and as expected so I was very pleased. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars it came with a free gift which I had to chase but it did arrive. I will use Sellors again and would recommend.

Purchased a Garmin watch and strap. Firstly great price, much better than I'd been able to find elsewhere. I made a call as the wording suggested item wasn't in stock, and the strap I wanted wasn't on the website. Really friendly and helpful and sent a link for me to complete the purchase when I was ready. The order did take about 3 weeks when I'd initially been advised at the phone 5-7 days, communication at this point could have been better. Really pleased with the watch and strap.

Buyers Beware Ordered a New Hamilton Watch on 2nd September 2023 £697.01. Took weeks to reply was no longer made. Negotiated fresh deal with big discount which I used to increase the order substantially and add to the order a second watch to make two watches, This put the purchase up to £1838.51. which was going to be approx two week acceptable delivery. But Still they could not guarantee a fixed delivery date. Basically a lot of sweet talk and carrot donkey discounts to retain order. Who knows, perhaps they are on stop and have supply or cashflow problems. When I eventually got sick of the emails, basically called a liar over their eventual latest to arrive and given delivery date Sent by email in black and white. This date they then accused me of setting for a response and further non action on delivery dates were forthcoming, perhaps the end of the month etc etc Eventually I was forced to cancel. I'm informed it will take up to 10 days to get a refund of my money they got paid and accepted immediately and have held for months. Spoke to the manufacturer who said the fault was not theirs and can supply next day. Sellors be up front with your customers Don't take orders for goods you cannot supply and hold onto their money for months. I'm sure they have a lot of satisfied customers as I once was, but with the purported reputation they have built its easy to lose in this world of online shopping fast!!!! I'm sorry to say I've been drawn to write this first bad ever review. Which a reflection of how I feel I've been treated I don't normally raise a criticism or give anyone a bad review everyone deserves a second chance and Sellors had a number of them from me. But frankly this is the worst experience I have ever had online shopping with any watch or jewellery company in the UK. Nice Girls polite but reading from a script and cant help you much. Never Again and just felt folk should beware before parting with their hard earned cash to Sellors/Jura Watches

there never emailed or contacted me for 3 week so i rung them got through and said we dont have straps in stock now do you want to wait not sure how long, why could you just call me and ask as was a gift

I have purchased a Messika ring on which the advised delivery time was 3 to 4 weeks. The purchase was made on 20th January. Two days later I received an email from CW Sellor saying that they expect to receive the ring on 1st of April and once they check it they will ship it to me. I have since tried to get in contact with them as I wanted to cancel it. There was no reply to my emails and recently they only emailed to say they were now expecting to receive the ring on 10th April. This was supposed to be a gift and I never would have purchased the ring if I knew I will have to wait 13 weeks to receive it. The delivery date advertised at time of purchase was massively underestimated or intentionally reduced and when I tried to cancel they completely ignored me. When and if I will ever receive this ring I will return it although I worry it will be a head ache and hopefully I won't lose my money. I really did not need this mess I would never purchase anything from CW Sellors again!
