United Kingdom | 23 April 2024I am from Ashbourne and always thought Sellors had a good reputation. I took my engagement ring in to have a wedding ring made to go with it, along with a few pictures of designs I liked, the ring was needed by the beginning of June. They said no problem with the time to get it done and they’d get back to me with CAD designs in 2 weeks and they would definitely be able to get the ring done before the wedding. 5 weeks after I’d taken it in, I’d still not heard from them. Response to an email was slow, but they eventually sent the designs which were not like the pictures taken in (also I have since found out the quote was too high). They said I could go in to discuss designs but by then there was no time as the email also said the ring would take approx a further 8 weeks to be made which meant it wouldn’t be ready for the wedding! They tried to reassure me by saying they could MAYBE get it done. Useful. I then read other people’s reviews on here and thought of better go somewhere else! I ended up going to the jewellery quarter in Birmingham, where service and prices are much better, it’s worth the trip.

Reached out multiple times to ask for a timeline of when I might expect the item but always receive the same message ‘we will follow up next week with more information’, but of course they never do. Wouldn’t bother buying from here unless it’s significant cheaper than other competitors, not worth the hassle.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2024Purchased a new IWC Pilot watch in early March. 7 weeks later I am yet to receive a warranty card. Customer services emails go unanswered for long periods of time and when a response is forthcoming it is not helpful. There should be more effort made in terms of listening to customers and not just typing out standard terms & conditions. Having purchased multiple watches from multiple UK AD's in recent years I would advise customers to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. You will get a better service.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2024So bad that I suspected it was a fraud. I paid in mid December 2023 and finally received the item late April 2024. It took complaints to the payment provider and threats of legal proceedings to get the goods. More to it than that, but absolutely never bother with this over promising, under delivering, poor communicating company. Your hard earned money deserves better.

A friend bought me a blue John ring for my special birthday in Oct 23 on receipt, I realised the bridge of the ring was incomplete but not wishing to upset my friend, I didn’t say anything. Then at the beginning of April, the blue John stone just Fell Off , it hit the floor which slightly chipped the stone I was with my friend at the time. I sent photos & return form and they asked me to send them the ring after a week of not hearing I phoned them to see what was happening Tom stated he would call back that day after waiting several days I called him back, he stated I would have to pay £35 to have it fixed I was not happy. it’s under guarantee I said, but he said according to the workshop the ring had been bashed Funny I don’t remember the workshop being there when the stone fell off. it’s a shame I cannot upload the photos here that showed no impact damage on or near the stone setting. I explained again that it just fell off and it’s a faulty ring with a bit missing and now the stone has fell off too. He said he would call back and he didn’t ! I called again and was told I had to pay I now have the broken ring back as I’m not paying to have a faulty ring under guarantee fixed! Where’s the initial quality control or customer service ! I have bought from you for years but never again ! You should be ashamed of yourselves

United Kingdom | 18 April 2024I used to but lots of things from then until! They offer free silver heart necklace with alot of their purchases as free gift. Received my item but never the necklace. On enquiry was told they never do that and it was my mistake and misunderstanding. Well well guess what? I had screenshots of my purchases showing the free gift which I was allowed to select out of 3 options. And then make a purchase. They not only lied but got caught lying! Never again will I shop again here. Trust is everything and for small necklace you lost business and an honest buyer! Thanks and no thanks Leah! You can hang your head in shame!

Finland | 18 April 2024Ordered a watch online at the end of December which took 10 days to arrive. Once I had chance to check the watch I noticed a scratch across the bracelet and informed their customer services. Initially they were very helpful but as soon as I asked to return the watch I was meet with silence. Took me nearly 3 weeks to agree a return. Once they received it we agreed o a refund however after 2 further weeks the watch reappeared and my doorstep. I contacted support to find out what was going on. I was told that the watch was returned after 30 days (it was actually 31 days after receiving it). In all communications they completely ignored the fact the only reason the watch was not returned within 30 days was down to their poor communication. Eventually they started arguing that the watch was not returned in a satisfactory sate (having only left it's box to check it). I asked for pictures and specifics regards to any damage observed but they only provided photos (of poor quality) and no specifics. In the end their argument was that they had returned the watch so they considered the matter closed. Overall a terrible experience full of empty promises and poor communication from C W Sellors.
