United Kingdom | 10 April 20246 years ago I purchased a beautiful Oris Pro-Pilot watch and as expected with the 42mm ‘Big Crown’, the fabric strap eventually wore through. What Oris neglect to tell the customer is how difficult Oris make it to purchase a strap without the clasp. I tried and tried for weeks until I brought it to Caitlin and the Chesterfield team who then tried on my behalf… it took a while I admit, but the team were lovely throughout and we got there eventually. I want the team to know how much such courtesy and care is valued and I would 100% recommend them. Life need not be rushed if you have trust.

United Kingdom | 09 April 2024Customer service was very poor. My item wasn't dispatched so a week later I contacted the company through Facebook and email but had no response. Called and spoke to someone who said it would arrive at the end of the week but still nothing. Received a message to say it would arrive on a specified date but still nothing. I called again and was advised the item had I ky just arrived and would be shipped asap. It was eventually received and there was no issue with the item but I was given 3 separate arrival dates over two weeks when the item hasn't even arrived at their shop yet. I've seen poor reviews for customer service and issues with not being able to return items. Based on these reviews and my own experience I would advise against ordering from this company and would recommend buying direct from item companies.

I paid for next day delivery and, despite sending an email requesting a refund of delivery charge, I have received neither a refund nor even an acknowledgement. I have used CW Sellors in the past for other high value items and would have continued to do so, but the lack of response has made me question this. I understand mistakes happen, but customer service is at least acknowledgement of this.

India | 06 April 2024the customs department took a very long time to release the watch...its still not delivered to me...it arrived on 21st march in customs...you should handle the customs part on your behalf, so that the customer is not kept waiting..as many of the courier services do it themselves...rest i can tell only when i receive the product..

United Kingdom | 05 April 2024We bought a solid silver bangle with jet inserts -Whitby Jet Bangle- about 3 years ago for £400. After hardly being worn at all the bangle split. Obviously poorly designed as can be seen by the very thin structure, not fit for purpose. The company stand by their 2 year guarantee and would not be flexible and will not admit it was indeed a poor design and repair it in good faith for free. They wish to charge £90 for the repair. It would be shear stupidity to repair it again in view of the design so they are returning it broken! They have been extremely slow in their communication, many months to respond. I am extremely disappointed in their inflexibility & acceptance that the product may in fact be just badly designed, a very poor show!

United States | 05 April 2024Online ordering was easy. The bracelet took a little bit longer than expected to get here. I love the bracelet and was excited that the black jet was so shiny and pretty. But after wearing it two or three times I noticed the stones were dulled quite a bit. I used a plain T-shirt to try to shine the stones up again but they remain dull. Disappointed.

When ordering spoke to an advisor who advised we would receive a voucher towards a further purchase. Never received that, but not too worried as would not buy again from the company.

United Kingdom | 05 April 2024Ring was extremely late, the communication from this company is pretty much none existent with each salesperson telling you a different story. Had to cancel two engagements that I had planned because of the dates constantly changing of when I would actually get the ring. When we finally got the ring the certificate of authenticity was blank so needing that sent back. In all honesty I would stay away from this company if you are planning something special! We didn’t get our wedding bands from here as we knew they wouldn’t arrive on time.

United Kingdom | 04 April 2024If I could give them 0 I would the whole online experience with them was a nightmare start to finish I bought a 800 pound watch in there sale they ask what size I asked for the biggest which was 21 cm said next day delivery nothing for a week I had to contact them they said cause I ask for big one they were waiting on links . Next thing watch was being delivered nothing but I got a package with a link in no watch contacted same day to be told they had lost the watch said they would get another one after 2 months of waiting and about 5 emails don't know how many phone calls and live chat conversations it came box damaged not by courier as it was internal box tried watch on only 18 cm after more phone calls I was told to go to my nearest jewellery shop well 4 before any joy they said tell them to order links and send us bill but they couldn't so I had to wait another 3 weeks for links to come from sellors then go to nearest town and get them fitted so after more than 2 months was able to ware watch by this time all excitement had gone plus was told free gift to come with watch but nothing there is still alot to say but don't have time all iam saying is I will never buy from them again or tell anyone else to customer service is disgusting absolute rubbish
