At the time of ordering, on line advise next day delivery when in fact it is not. I ordered a longer chain but was not advised it had to be made so it took 3 weeks !! Second order was on the telephone, again another chain, when it had not arrived within the week l called to be told once again it had to be made. It should be made quite clear when ordering how long the item is going to be. Apart from that thankfully the telephone staff are very polite and apologetic.

After I had submitted a return request for an online purchase I had to email twice before I received return instructions. After following these I received confirmation on 1st May that the item had been received but 5 days later I still have not received a refund.

Nice to find a UK retailer to fulfill my order, rather than Amazon. The Amazon seller couldn't give the manufacturer's guarantee or deliver the watch within a reasonable time frame! The watch from Sellors was also delayed due to the first one failing quality control, but only by a matter of days and they did apologise and keep me informed. I was less happy that, in spite of a specific requirement to specify wrist size with the order, the watch bracelet on arrival had not been adjusted to fit the recipient's wrist! As this was a birthday present, it was a little disappointing!

The jewellery arrived after much interaction with the post office and finally getting it delivered. We then discovered it was in a ripped box , which so complained about . It was replaced. The jewellery itself is lovely . Whitby jet is always good .

The service was great, my watch arrived on Saturday morning at 11:30 which was very good considering I only placed the order on Thursday afternoon at 16:30. The watch was well packaged and was perfectly intact. The watch a Certina Super PH1000M in orange is exactly as I expected it to be. It will be a complementary addition to my collection and will assume the position of my weekender for the time being. I now have 4 Certina watches in my moderate 12 watch collection and I have to say the build quality of all 4 rivals that of my Omega and Longines watches. The Certina brand has a lot of history which enables them to to frequently relaunch models from their back catalogue as heritage pieces. As an Automotive Quality professional, I consider myself to be a good judge of quality when I see it, hence the watch brands (previously mentioned) that I choose to collect. For anyone out there reading this review I urge you to take a look at the Certina range, you won’t be disappointed especially when you consider the value for money proposition they offer. I also have to mention the dealer from whom I purchased this watch as all to often they only get mentioned for negative reasons. C.W.Sellors have supplied 3 of my watches and on each occasion I have taken advantage of a sale price offer. The service has been exemplary on each occasion and without issue. I will be buying from them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Fantastic customer service and a great selection of watches! Kristie has been brilliant in assisting me with my purchase, a new Seiko Sumo watch. Kristie organised for me to view and complete my purchase from a store whilst on holiday, making the whole process hassle free and as easy as possible! I had never purchased from this jewellers and was a bit wary as i was searching for a specific Gucci ring on google. It was on sale with this company with a really good discount so took the chance and can honestly give them a 5 plus star review. I was updated regularly and received my ring within a couple of days. I am extremely happy with it and wouldn’t hesitate purchasing from them again.

Initially I thought I was going to have a decent experience with CW Sellors. Sadly this hasn’t turned out to be the case. I bought a Nomos watch, however within 24hrs I was told it wasn’t in stock and that it would be 6 months (minimum) to be delivered. The website isn’t clear as to what watches are on hand and what watches need ordering. This watch had “call us” next to the buy button, it was 2230hrs at night, I am comfortable buying online and didn’t feel the need to call an automated/closed phoneline. This wasn’t what I needed so I rang up and cancelled the watch. I was told the cancellation would be done immediately but the processing would take up to 10 working days. This is annoying but if a company wishes to have such poor refund policies, then there is not a lot I can do after the fact. As it turns out the cancellation wasn’t processed, the Sales team held the cancellation whilst emailing me with alternatives that were in stock. All these alternatives whilst lovely weren’t what I wanted and as such I ignored the email and assumed the cancellation had been processed. Roll forward 12 days and I checked where the refund was to be told it hadn’t been cancelled. Annoyed I requested a cancellation again and was told it would be 10 working days to process. I argued that this was now ridiculous and maybe they should expedite the refund which I was informed they would try. I was also told I would receive an email offering some form of discount on any future purchase as way of an apology. This did not happen. It is now a further 9 days (21 days in total since I requested a cancellation) and I still have not been refunded. I again phoned customer service and requested where my refund was, to be informed that it hasn’t been expedited and they are still on target for the 10 working days to refund. Having expressed my disdain for this shocking customer service, I was informed that I was being dramatic, and the phone was put down on me. APPALLING. You can judge most about a company when things don’t go smoothly, it’s in these instances that you want fantastic customer service. Sadly CW Sellors and their customer service team are not equipped to treat the general public fairly. No empathy, no understanding. And I still don’t have my refund. TLDR:DO NOT TRUST CW SELLORS/JURA WATCHES, they offer terrible customer service and clearly do not care for their customers. I will never buy from them again and to be honest, I’m shocked a prestigious company like NOMOS would have them represent their brand.

Went into the Matlock branch to look for a watch for my son’s 18th. Was served by Chrissie who was extremely helpful and patient. Ended up ordering one into the branch which was perfect. Son very happy with his present.

Ordered a watch on the 3rd of April, received an update on the 11th that they will receive the item I ordered on the 29th of April. I don’t know why it’s that long. It’s now the 30th and I haven’t received any more updates. Was supposed to use that watch for running and training. So very disappointed. I reached out through email and WhatsApp, hoping for their reply.
