I bought a U boat watch dark moon 44mm ss black from CW Sellors on 03/09/2023. I paid £940.I found in February2024 that the watch had stopped working. For the record ,the timeline: watch was purchased in September 2023 but delivered October 2023 ,it stopped working in February 2024 and was sent to your service department promptly, it was accepted for repairs on 26/02/24. It’s been 8 weeks now the watch has not been repaired and returned I have sent multiple e -mails to Surita and called today in exasperation and spoke to Ellis on 01335453453 at 14:18 hours to say the least I am deeply disappointed with their responses, at every instance they have been intentionally obfuscating. It was painful to hear from Ellis, repeatedly, that he couldn’t even provide me a timeframe or the reasons behind him saying that I wasn’t going to be given a refund, his answers were supercilious, downright patronizing.

I ordered a watch on this website on the 27th of March, 2024. The website said delivery 2-3 weeks. I waited the 3 weeks, called to ask about my order (about twice a week for the following 2 weeks) only to be told the same lies over and over: that they are waiting for the watch, "the order should arrive next Wednesday" (2 Wednesdays passed). The customer service team were polite but extremely unhelpful; they had virtually no useful information regarding timeline, they made no attempt to try and recommend a replacement with something in stock, plus all besides 1 call were left with no notes about the call so I had to explain the whole thing every single time I called in. Wasted hours on hold/ talking with no resolution. The final straw was after last week when on Friday they were supposed to receive a delivery, and I asked them to please email me wether or not my watch is in that delivery (because apparently they have no clue what they receive). No email came on Friday so I called them on Monday (today) for them to tell me that my watch should arrive by end of May. Should! Not even a confirmation, just a "should arrive" - 10 WEEKS after my initial order. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

Great communication up to date info and super fast delivery

I would rate this company -5 'stars' (Yes,that is 5 MINUS)! Never have any thing to do with them! They are not a honest and decent company! The communication with them and between staff were very poor! So called service T&C was not transparent at all. The terms were neither be mentioned on their website, nor explained to me verbally on my first enquire. Only after I paid them and after many weeks, when I asked for an update, then they let you know what your paid as deposit was treated by them as a charge -- £65.00 for nothing being done!!! The service was sloppy to say the least. I lost £65 plus many phone calls and took them more than 8 weeks to return the watch to me. I cannot have more words to say about their way of operating their business, rather than it can be daylight robbery!!!
