The whole experience from requesting a price match to general communication and updates has been fantastic. I've been dealing with Kristie and she's made it a breeze. Keeping me posted on a Sunday, turning around a price request match in no time at all, and all the while being pleasant to deal with. I can't wait to collect my watch now, and looking forward to dealing with the in store staff too. I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase from them.

Spain | 16 March 2024I ordered and paid for a watch in November 2024. It stated on the website it was instock and would be delivered in a few days. The watch did not arrive in a few days so I chased up the delivery to be told it wasn't coming in until February 2024. I ordered the watch from another company and requested a refund. They ignored this and sent the watch anyway. I immediately asked for a refund and they took ages to respond to me. I had to chase for the refund, then the response was - they have put a credit on my account. I have had to chase again and again! I have been told the refund is being processed but will take between 7 and 10 working days, which they are obviously pushing this to the limits as I still have not received the refund in mid March. I would not recommend!

Unfortunately from there things turned a little bleak, with a view of 5/7 days for a watch to be delivered. Order placed on the 1st March, 15th March still no watch. After a number of times chasing the business for an update I decided to cancel. I was told the refund would take 5 to 7 days. Refund confirmed in email 9th March, I chased 15 March to be told it would be 5/7 days and likely 19th March I would see the money in my account. Throughout this time I had asked if stock had come in, and the answer was always no. Its very hard to trust a business that takes ÂŁ760 of your money with no confirmed ETA of an item then takes a further 19 days plus to pay you back. Looking at the reviews they seem to get a lot right, but unfortunately on this occasion for me, this has been a frustrating experience.

United Kingdom | 15 March 2024The watch I ordered was not in stock and even though they permitted a next day delivery charge to be paid it was going to be 10 days delivery. I called and cancelled and the next day delivery was refunded within 4 days. However, the watch cost took 10 days for them to process and then another 6 days for my CC meaning by the time it was refunded I had already had to pay the CC bill. The money was deliberately held for 10 days as there terms and conditions state that's how long it could take. This is very poor, holding customers money for 10 days is not acceptable and would not advise using this company, or if you must not before first calling to ascertain the actually availability of items.

Like many online retailers they are very keen to take your money, in this case 1000's and when you ask for some customer service they deny everything, wont help, lie to the finance company and prove just how useless they really are. Bought a watch in good faith, wanted to exchange it but not a scrap of help or interest from them. They pass you around from one person to another, so no ownership of the problem. I am left to pay for something that is basically a pup!! I would avoid these people like the plague and go to a reliable shop in your high street where you will meet a real person and have a real conversation with hopefully some after care. Do not buy an expensive item without engaging with people which you cant do when they have an online web order system like this shower. Update: They lied to the finance company twice and advertised the watch as a mans watch when clearly its a ladies watch. Mis-sold added to the list!! companies like this need to be shut down for consistently lying and dissolving themselves of any responsibility. I will pursue this through the courts!!

United Kingdom | 12 March 2024The watch I ordered was a red faced Certina ds2 with a black strap. The quality and Finish is great and the watch runs to less than +5 seconds a day. The watch came very speedily and was well packaged. The guarantee card was stamped ( I have had a few that don’t bother ). If there is one small complaint it would be that the website states that the strap is leather but it is not. It truly is a dire plastic offering that has been binned. I always had intended to swap out this strap for a more in keeping strap, which I have and it looks amazing. I love the retro vibe and it truly is a bargain for what you get.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2024I bought a watch on line when I received the watch I tried it on decided I didnt like it put it back in the box and returned it. I had the watch on my wrist for less than a minute. I was then emailed by C W Sellors telling me that they would not take it back because there were signs of wear which was rediculous but looking at other reviews this is common don't ever by a watch on line from this company. Not a trust worthy company.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2024The customer service at CW Sellors is simply appalling and detracts from what should be a straightforward shopping experience. I placed an order for an item which I was told was in stock in January, on this basis i placed and paid for the order in full. After constant chasing from myself I was subsequently told the item was having to be ordered from the supplier. What I was told would be no more than a 2-4 week delay ended up being close to 8 weeks. Incidentally emails sent to customer service in that period simply went unanswered. When the item eventually arrived it was not wrapped (as instructed), placed in a box that was too small for the item inside and the box the item came in was bashed, scuffed and covered in dust. Hardly a luxury experience.... I am currently trying to get through to customer services to obtain a refund. After close to an hour hearing the hold music i am still waiting to get through... CW Sellors clearly have a lot of people complaining. Avoid this company and buy from another of their many competitors.
