I noticed a £5K watch I had been following for sometime was advertised with 30% off, this is a one off event so I ordered it that night, it arrived in perfect condition at 07:30 by DPD 36 hours after ordering it.

I would choose minus stars if possible. Placed an order over 90 days ago was told it would come for Christmas. Told after 70 days they could no longer supply the order. Offered me a size smaller for next day delivery then 20 days later I rung and they said they couldn’t do that either. Total waste of time - full of false promises from the minute they had over £250 of me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM go somewhere that delivers their promise or in this case what you paid for!

Please read this before committing to order something from them!!! I had looked at the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro on their website, and even put it in a cart, but then found better deal and not proceeded with purchase. However i had been contacted by the sales team representative few times saying that they can match the price, and I decided to go with them. they were rushing me to place an order as " Last item is in stock" I did paid instantly and got a order confirmation on 12 Feb. That was the only email I got from them - apart of few marketing emails in a day. sales Rep assured that it will be shipped immediately and I can expect it within few days. After the payment had been sent all the proactive behaviour disappeared and I have to chase their CS constantly for update, as did not had a shipment confirmation, but anniversary date was heading closer. They were saying they have problems with shipping from Garmin, then the shipment were lost, then a lot of other excuses. And this is now, when delivery of the goods from supplier take 1 or max 2 days as Garmin have a UK warehouse. I'm extremely disappointed and blame myself that I trusted C W Sellors instead of paying fe ££ more and order at the Garmin website. So far it is almost a month since purchase and I still chasing them, now regarding the refund. What a joke of a company!!!

Ordered a Georg Jenson necklace over three weeks ago. Despite my account being debited I did not receive a confirmation email . I contacted the company and the confirmation of order and order no. were eventually provided. At this time they informed me that the item is not in stock and would be delivered in three to four weeks. I have since contacted the company by email for an update and have had no response. The item was for a birthday present and was in stock with other retailers. In short I will not purchase from this company again. Update I have contacted CW Sellors on another three occasions re this unfulfilled order. They keep saying that they have requested but have not received an update from Georg Jensen. I therefore contacted Georg Jensen direct who informed me that my item was in stock but no order had been received from CW Sellors. So it transpires they have taken my money and done nothing with the order for five weeks, then told me blatant lies when I have enquired. I have now cancelled and requested a refund however every indication is that this is a company on its last legs and who are appropriating people’s money with no intention of fulfilling the orders. In conclusion I notice other reviews similar to mine which they never comment on. Surely a reputable company would address the reviews of dissatisfied customers.

My order for a Laco Aachen 42 was placed on Sunday and arrived at noon on the Tuesday, and was a great price. I had been weighing up whether to buy that particular watch for a while and am not disappointed. All round a great experience, and thanks to Aaron a smooth despatch process.

AVOID!!! Bought a bracelet for my partners 30th, was told it was in stock and be delivered in 2 weeks. Never delivered, no update. Emailed the company said they were having difficulty sourcing the bracelet. The birthday had passed by this point. Offered and alternative more expensive bracelet and they agreed to offer the same price. New item delivered, quickly. Item in person was not as I thought. Contacted them to return product 15 days later, well within the 30 days return advertised on their website. Told by customer service buried in the T&Cs if item is discounted which pretty much every item is on their website - the return period in 14 days. Be warned. Told they will not offere refund, 14 days is the bare minimum for a company to offer.

Excellent price for Clogau piece. There was a delay in delivery which my first email was responded to promptly. Following this and an extended delay 2 further emails went unacknowledged. I then spoke to Jack who found the problem and I finally received the piece 2 weeks later. It was for a friendspecial birthday and she was delighted!

Placed an order with them in Dec, two weeks later received an email to say they were expecting the item in stock in next week or so (even though when I placed the order, it stated in stock). Made several chase up calls, giving different proposed dates, eventually received the item over a month after the order was placed. The item looked very poor quality, nothing like the other clogau items I have, rung them and spoke to lady that agreed the quality was on the poor side and returned the item immediately. They received my return 3 days later and received an email of my returned item and that for me to expect a phone call from one of their members of the team. 4 days later nothing, so I rang for them to try and discourage me from having a refund, to which I demand refused and asked for a refund and lady stated she would start the process and to expect it within 3-5 working days. Week later not refund received, so I chased up with a phone call, for the guy to say there was no record of my call or refund in process. He said he would initiate the refund and to wait 3-5 working days, to which I refused and demanded a CHAPS same day clearance payment, to which I was put on hold and he had confirmation from his payments team to confirm they would action this and he would send me a confirmation email of this, nothing! Thankfully I made purchase via my credit card, which have started an investigation, month later after returning my item still no returned money! Disappointing customer service from the start!
