United Kingdom | 25 February 2025Phone lines are working so can’t call anyone. I have tried to reset my login details to access my account. I had to use the live chat, which they sent a link. Once opened you have to complete over five “re-capture” puzzles and then they will send you a code to reset your password. I have attempted six times and it keeps saying we are sending a code but no code comes to my email. Given up on it now. Awful system and shocking service.

I just wanted to thank Claire for the incredible support she has given to myself and my family since January. After each conversation, Claire would always give a date with a follow up call. Claire, what you have done for my family during a very stressful time…I cannot put into words. Thank you doesn’t seem enough, but on behalf of myself and my family, I thank you, there are people we will never meet face to face that enter situations for such a time as this, you Claire are one of them. Thank you once again.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025Top rate for over a year and half, but had to close my account as I'd spent my savings :-) I closed the account through the messaging service in the app. Within 2 minutes of contacting them I had a response, the account was closed and outstanding interest paid to my current account. Super efficient!!

Quick and easy application and funds paid out in a timely manner A small mistake was made when disbursing my funds, however , after contacting them it was sorted out swiftly and politely without making any excuses . An honest company that does care about customer experience

SAD reply

She calmly pedalled me through the procedures of setting up a linked account that wasn't in the Big Boys list. She appreciated that smaller holders wanted opportunities to penetrate the market and carefully slipped my details in the appropriate box, helping me introduce a largish deposit. A friendly, careful and professional experience without the need for much pumping or even a Tandem. HAL would be jealous, but he can have his AI - the human touch is far more effective and stimulating.

Now I have to week over 8 weeks for a refund absolute nonsense 10 days later and they still have not issued a refund via banks chargeback even though it clearly states the funds went to them. I have been in contact with them for 2 weeks and customer services won’t do anything

However, over the course of a year they have changed it from nearly 6% to 3.9 in the last year. I realize it was variable but I didn't expect it to drop so much. I also emailed them once about a transfer I made but never heard back.

United Kingdom | 04 February 2025absolutely shocking!!! i have emailed complaints team had a rude response asked for it to be escalated to higher management and have been ignored attempted to call and left on hold for hours on end sent numerous emails and still no response, even from the CEO, what kind of service is this, i am vulnerable and this has caused so much stress and anxiety and its affected my wellbeing in more ways than you can imagine. A big so called reputable company like yourselves to treat customer such a way is appalling - i will be contacting the regulating body and see if they are able to resolve the issues i have been having with you. I have attempted multiple times to give you the opportunity to resolve my complaint and the lack of empathy and even acknowledging my complaint is not acceptable its alright for you to have zero tolerance in place what about your customers, you haven't even adhered to your complaints procedure. This has been ongoing for over a month!! Now I will take it up with the regulating body!
