United Kingdom | 14 March 2024I had very bad experience as they not giving back my money, even if I would like to close my account earlier with penalty what is the usual process with any normal bank! I had a very uncomfortable experience today with one of the support team member. The terms and conditions always says withdrawal, so I was not aware, I can not get my money back in the situation, when I need immediately. I can not recommend this company because they not giving you so much better rates with this drawback.
