Belgium | 15 February 2025I wouldn’t use this company again. Valentines flowers ordered 9 Feb but were not delivered on the 14th Feb. On 15 th Feb I complained about non-delivery and they claimed they can’t guarantee delivery on the right day. No refund or discount offered. Strangely on 13 Feb I was getting emails last chance to order for Valentine’s Day. Presumably there was no hope of delivery if an order was placed and money taken. Avoid this company

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Very poor bunch of flowers, paid £65 for a large bouquet and what I got was smaller than a normal size from Tesco, quality not too good either, some of the roses were already dying, customer services don’t care, was asked to send pictures in and all they said was they look fine and right size 😂 Wished I just bought some from Tesco at a fraction of the price and better quality. Won’t be using these cowboys ever again. Shocking shocking shocking, have just put a refund claim in through Paypal credit.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Normally order locally but due to time restrictions bought online using Prestige as they had 4.1 stars. Ordering was easy and simple. Ordered bouquet for valentines for my elderly parents as my dad has Alzeimers. Was initially worried would not arrive as did not receive tracking so emailed and they provided link which showed could arrive up to 5pm. Flowers arrived. Much smaller than advertised and very poor quality. Very disappointed for £43. I could have bought supermarket bouquet much cheaper and would have been better quality. Emailed customer service who are very poor, constantly offering £10 voucher, which I will never use. Why would anyone want to spend more money with a company that clearly don't care about their product or service. Will never use this company again or buy flowers online. Sticking to local florists. Lesson learnt. Just want others thinking of buying to be aware as I think this company used to be good looking at some of the reviews but clearly standards have drastically dropped.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025I placed an order on 14th January, for the flowers to arrive on 14th February (Valentines day). However, the I had no tracking updates. I eventually went on to the prestige flowers website to request a tracking update which lead me to Royal Mail. Royal mail suggested that they would arrive before 7.30pm. I checked constantly and at 7.30 they finally advised that they are unable to make the delivery! Prestige Flowers delivery method has failed therefore, they should refund me however, they will not take any responsibility, despite ruining Valentines day for my wife and getting me in trouble! If you're delivery method fails then you should refund and investigate this with your choice of courier but they have not done this. Do not use them. There is a strong chance your flowers will not arrive...given they are supposed to arrive on time....not the best company to choose.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Ordered flowers and a gift and paid for next day delivery. There were not delivered in time as promised. I asked for a refund of my next day delivery fee as they were not delivered as promised and they tried to fob me off. Flowers arrived perished and looking extremely ugly. Never use these charlatans again and their customer service in particular Kyle was arrogant and rude and tried to mug me off Thankfully the one saving grace I have is I paid via credit card and have issued a chargeback notice so I should get my money back

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Awful company. Royal mail sent my flowers to wrong sorting office. Their mistake. They refused to refund as I used building number rather than retail name of the business. Total scamners!

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Had a bouquet of flowers delivered on Valentine's day, but the bouquet was much smaller than their images (despite paying to upgrade the size!) and much smaller than similar priced bouquets from my local florist. To make matters worse, 2 flower heads had snapped off (presumably during transport). When I contacted their CS team, they said their Florist Manager reviewed the photos and deemed the bouquet as "good quality". Terrible service. Lesson learned; spend local.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025I bought a Rose and Lilly Bouquet (£24) + Chocolates (£5) + postage (£6) for my Wife for Valentines which came to a total of £35. In the marketing photo it showed 6 roses and 8 Lilley buds/flowers and lovely lush foliage to help present the flowers better. What arrived was a 5 roses, 6 Lilly buds and a bit of foliage and the bouquet looked terrible.. In fact I have paid less than half the price at supermarkets and got better. Anyhow, I phoned 3 times (option 2 customer service) and waited 10 mins and then tried option 1 for sales and got straight through. I was told to email the photographs which I did. They then got back by email -"After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered." Not sure how they reach this conclusion where there are clearly less flowers in the bouquet we received than their marketing photo. . Strangely ive used them before and this is the first time I have encountered this. It's a shame I can't upload photos because that would really show how poor their product was. Also, any sensible company would have taken ownership and tried to keep a returning customer, but I've basically just been insulted, so I won't be using them again and suggest if your reading this avoid Prestige flowers! Lastly, out of 168 reviews on trip advisor 150 were rated terrible and they allow photos!

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025So grateful for the opportunity to order late for next day delivery. My partner was involved in a high speed collision this evening and I wouldn’t have been able to get to him if it weren’t for 2 very special people driving me there. Being able to thank them with flowers tomorrow after only ordering at 2100 is amazing.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025If you need a bouquet of flowers that look like they were stolen from a cemetery grave stone 6 months ago. Look no further, Prestige Flowers have got you covered. If you like paying £50 for a bouquet that is worth about a tenner, and doesn’t even reach the dizzy height quality of Aldi’s special offer Mother’s Day flowers then Prestige have absolutely nailed it. Fantastic company if you need flowers for your enemy or your nosy old next door neighbour. And if you do have even the slightest issue or complaint, don’t worry Prestige’s generic £10 voucher complaint armoury is brimming with logic defying nonsense that will leave you feeling like your soul has been sold to the devil at a florist on the crossroads of bewilderment. Pay lots of money to these people and you will regret it. But don’t let that put you off. Call Prestige flowers now and have the rug totally pulled out from under you!!!!

United Kingdom | 15 February 2025Ordered valentines flowers for £45 paid extra £10 for the big bouquet. Arrived and was nothing like the advertised. Was about 5 roses and a few lilys and one of them broke off inside the box. Do not order from here youd be better of going to supermarket exact same quality apart from £40 less. Emailed customer service and they said this was upto their "quality standards". Wont be ordering from here again
