United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Worst customer service ever. Ordered my wife 50 red roses for valentines day - didn’t even come on the day despite a guaranteed 1pm delivery. Although that was refunded and it was arrived the next day, the flowers were in an absolute state! Most of the roses weren’t even red but almost black to the point of rot. Took pictures and sent it to customer service and asked for a refund as I wanted to send them back because it was of unacceptable quality - I was offered a £20 voucher instead. The amount that I paid for these roses was £130!!!!!!!! vs a £20 voucher to use?????Absolute rubbish. I am not happy at all. I do not want to keep the flowers yet they are not allowing me to send it back! AVOID

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025No idea who is giving 5* reviews - this retailer is a joke. Ordered a large bouquet of flowers, chocolates and a teddy bear, spent over £75 in total. The flowers look like they came from the reduced aisle in Tescos, they were awful and half were dead. The chocolates looked basic. I contacted customer service to complain, and they couldn't care less. The acknowledged there was an issue but only offered £15 off my next order, as if I'd order from them again. I asked for a refund since the flowers were faulty, which they refused. As per long distance selling regulations, I am entitled to cancel the order within 14 days which they also refused. Eventually, they told me to raise a claim with my credit card company. This company is beyond a joke and their strategy is clearly to sell rubbish and then make it as difficult as possible to get your money back.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Absolutely appalling flowers. Ordered for a bereavement gift, paid extra to upgrade to the larger bouquet. They look nothing like what I ordered, nowhere near as many flowers and were wilted. They look fit for the bin. I sent photos to the shop to complain and the manager saw no fault. I paid over £40 for what looks like a reduced price bargain supermarket bunch.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY This company is a total joke. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Shoddy abysmal unhelpful service seems to be the norm. I ordered a bouquet of roses as a surprise for my partner for Valentine’s Day as a surprise. They use Royal Mail aka Royal Fail. We were in on the day and the tracking automatically updated to say delivery had been attempted when it most definitely had not been. No knock, no buzz and no delivery was ever attempted. If it had we would’ve got a card. No card so we couldn’t even rearrange delivery. We received other parcels around the time of this so called attempted no delivery so we know this one no one tried delivering. I tried the online chat to see what was happening. They have no online chat or no customer service it appears. We finally managed to get in touch with someone called Aaron via email. He’s been awful. Simply advising to track and re providing links. No offer of a refund or even a sorry. I sourced flowers elsewhere as the day had been ruined. The next day (15th) the tracking updated to say it’d be redelivery by 1PM. No such thing happened. Aaron yet again via email being totally rubbish and unhelpful saying they had problems with tracking and to just check it again. Finally in the evening and luckily we were home the delivery arrived. The roses were dead and wilting unsurprisingly. If you want dead flowers, unhelpful customer service, lies and no apologise this company. Safe to say we won’t be ever again and the reviews are accurate.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Sent an overpriced bunch of flowers to my daughter for Valentines at her request. Never arrived. No communication to this effect. Totally unreliable service. Would not recommend, first time this has happened. Won’t be using again…

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025My wife received a Valentines bouquet ordered by me a week ago - the so called bouquet was on offer from £49.95 to £24.95. There is no way the quality and quantity can be anywhere close to be £50. The bouquet if sold in tescos would have been no more than £7 or £8. The 5 roses by the next morning were drooped and going brown. A fair bit of greenery and if taken out would leave a very small bouquet. To say this was a £50 bouquet is embarrassing and completely extortionate. Won't be using again.

Spain | 16 February 2025They total ignore the distance selling laws in the UK. They would not return my money stating that they couldn't not change the address because the label had already been printed. Customer service is abrupt and have no intention of refunding.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025I ordered flowers to be delivered to my partner on valentine’s day - over a week in advance and they never arrived. I paid a lot of money for the arrangement and additional parts of the order and customer service has been no help at all. I’m so disappointed, I feel like i’ve been scammed.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Great deal on the flowers but the hidden cost for delivery, flower size, card message end up making the discount a farce.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025I ordered a bouquet of roses from Prestige Flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day—a date that was clearly stated and selected at checkout. The flowers did not arrive on time, completely ruining the intended purpose of the order. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was met with copy-paste responses that took zero responsibility for the failure to deliver on the promised date. Their excuse? They don’t actually guarantee delivery on the date you choose, despite allowing customers to select a specific date at checkout. Instead, they blame third-party couriers and claim that as long as the flowers eventually turn up—even if it’s too late to be of any use—they consider the order “fulfilled” and refuse to issue a refund. After multiple emails, they flat-out refused to resolve the issue, telling me to dispute the charge with my bank if I wasn’t happy. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards their customers is shocking. If you’re thinking of ordering flowers for a special occasion, do not trust Prestige Flowers—there’s a good chance they won’t arrive on time, and if they don’t, you’ll be left with no refund, no compensation, and no support from their unhelpful customer service team. I highly recommend choosing a more reliable florist that actually cares about delivering on time and values their customers. I won’t be using Prestige Flowers again, and I’d strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Waste of time and money. Ordered Valentines Day Flowers a week in advance. Told they will be delivered on the 14th, waited in for the delivery. Did not arrive. Wanted a refund for the delivery - was told no and denied it was their fault. Why other a service where you can get request a date if they can’t deliver. I’m sure that would be false advertisement. Not forgetting we had to wait in on Saturday all day for the delivery to arrive very late afternoon! When the flowers came they had brown on them, so not fresh! Customers services is useless and just offer a free delivery - like I would be using them again. Moonpig all the way

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025I received a Valentines bouquet ordered by my partner - he said they cost approximately £40 but these are the worst bunch of flowers I’ve ever received. The roses are wilted - I received 5 roses, 2 Lilly’s and a few twigs (most of the leaves had fallen off, or snapped off) so unfortunately the majority went in the bin. My partner sent in photos and asked for a refund but Prestige Flowers refused. Please avoid using this company, you can find nicer flowers in Adli or Lidl for literally a quarter of the price!

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025DO NOT BUY. Really really bad company. I ordered a large flowers for valentines and got a medium, which is fine human error happens, but the flowers looked absolutely nothing like advertised. It was empty and looked depressing. Contacted customer service and all they would give me is £5 credit to make up the difference in price between medium and what I bought large. Absolute stupidity. I don’t want credit for a company I don’t want to buy for again. I tried getting this across but they just didn’t care. So turns out I spent £45 on the wrong flowers that was absolutely awful (where I could have got cheaper and nicer from Tesco!) and I got nothing back. No refund. No apologies flowers to make uk for it. Nothing. Just a rude customer service person and a terrible company. DO NOT buy from here. So disappointing to spend £45 on literally nothing. Even the medium that I received for £5 less was terrible. Four roses. Hardly any babies breath (a couple stems were broken already) and that’s it. Terrible. Scam. Don’t buy!
