United Kingdom | 17 February 2025I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day, however they did not arrive. I contacted them today by telephone only to be told that although I had my street address and postcode on the order the house number was missing, there for there would be no refund. So allegedly they sent the flowers by Royal mail and they could not be delivered because the address was incomplete. Firstly, I am not sure I believe they were sent at all, and I have ordered flowers from this company before, and am pretty sure my address would be in their data bank. Perhaps more importantly I have a confirmed order and if they were unsure of the address they could have contacted me or not sent the order. Lastly the (un)helpful customer service girl said I could not speak to the manager, as they only dealt with complaints by email. Avoid this company !!

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Absolutely let down by these people Ordered Valentine's flowers Paid £56 and didn't even received on the day .Then further more the post office turned up on the Saturday while I was ad work so was unable to received them so they are still at the post office and its Now Monday .I contacted the above with over several Emails and just got Exscuse after Exscuse no refund offered Dreadful

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Wow. I ordered flowers from here for my part er on valentines day. I am disgusted at what they have sent. For the price you pay I was expecting a lot more. Didn't even slightly resemble pictures. I could of got the same bunch of flowers from asda or aldi for £7. That was so embarrassing to watch my parter open them and it look like I made so little effort. How on earth they think it's acceptable to send them compared to what was advertised is beyond me. Never buy from this company. I won't be again

Explained this time them and got a robotic customer service response no offer of a refund or resolution would never use this company again.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Terrible service, apparently according to their customer service team, you can order valentines/Mother’s Day flowers, pay for additional delivery charges for dedicated dates and pay additional fee for pre 1pm but it’s acceptable to come multiple days late and not able to get a refund.

United States | 17 February 2025I ordered a Valentine package for my wife as I am currently out of the country on order #8574678. It was supposed to be delivered to her office on the 14th Vals day and that did not happen. She rerouted the order to her nearest post office for Saturday the 15th since she won't be at work on weekend. The order still was not sent to the post office, all efforts to track it was unsuccessful throughout the weekend, your phone line was not accessible as well. As at today the 17th the order is still yet to be delivered. You have ruined our Valentine!. We could not reach you during the weekend and Royal Mail tracking system could not provide an update. The flowers at this point must have gone bad and the experience has been ruined for my wife. Even if the flowers gets delivered today, the purpose has been defeated. This is utter service failure.

I complained and the customer service was dreadful Not sure where all the 5 start reviews come from. Must be fabricated I never leave negative reviews but these flower were SOOOOOO bad even my wife laughed and said - nice thought bad execution.

United Kingdom | 17 February 2025Flowers did not arrive on the date specified. Customer services responded with the standard company statements over the next few days. Very frustrating. After 4 days, a different customer service employee, John M , sorted out everything within 24 hours. He went above and beyond. Late delivery was due to Royal Mail sending flowers to the wrong mail centre. Flowers arrived dead after 5 days, however, John had already arranged compensation.

Nothing delivered, no communication and when he contacted customer service he was told delivery isn't guaranteed and was offered £5.99 credit note. Absolute shambles. Well done for ruining my valentines. Will make sure I let everyone know not to use you guys.

It was delivered that day, but the Roses were drooping and old looking. The leaf was not in good condition either. I contacted customer service via email and had zero response. Prestige? Really poor service and quality was and a joke!

United Kingdom | 16 February 2025Will not be using prestige flowers again. I was totally underwhelmed with the bouquet sent to my partner on valentine's day. Paid for a large bouquet, have had better bunches from the petrol station at a fraction of the cost. Packaging was damaged on arrival, flowers hadn't been arranged or trimmed just tied together. Bouquet was also really small with tatty flowers. Customer services asked for a picture and continue to tell me that they are adequate which they are not
