United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I only use Prestige Flowers when ordering flowers online, especially if I want to guarantee they will come the next day. They are reliable, they provide regular promotions, and of course the flowers are beautiful quality. I know this as I’ve received flowers from Prestige myself from friends and they’ve been lovely. Would highly recommend!

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I ordered a Christmas bunch of flowers for my wife which arrived the next day. Although delivery was fast there were a few droopy daffodils in the bouquet and I must admit I was disappointed. However, after contacting customer service they responded to my issue very quickly and replaced the flowers with another bunch which were perfect and lasted 3 weeks! Very happy with the service Jody gave me. Would give 5 stars for service but have given 4 stars overall as due to the initial bunch received.

Chose next day obviously and checked out...... once I had paid I recieved confirmation email saying delivery Monday! Tried calling (offices shut on weekend) they advise using web chat..... did that and sat an hour waiting for reply... nothing! Sent emails and got replies today referring me to terms and conditions. Apparently the cut off time ticked over just before they took my money.. (convenient). Horrendous customer service with zero help at all. AVOID!!!!
