Awful, I ordered flowers for my Mum on subscription. The first bunch turned up and looked very whittered. I complained and was given a voucher. Sadly the roses in the second bunch also turned up in a poor condition when i complained again i was advised to pull of the petals that were damaged. Won't use ever again.

I ordered some flowers for my mother's birthday I accidentally sent them to my billing address instead of her address the company were really nice and offered me £15 towards a new order for my mum to be sent the next day this was so nice as they didn't need to do this and I really appreciated it as I couldn't afford to pay full price again which ment my mum wouldn't get anything on her birthday

After i was promising fresh flowers ,I was asked for futher pictures of the fading flowers which were already on the compost heap. One lot of photos weren't enough .

I thought I would be writing a positive review, as the flowers ordered were well received and delivered on time. However, I first tried to place the order on the app which worked smoothly until I came to pay, the app stopped responding and I gave up and placed the order via a browser a few hours later when I had a chance. I then found out the app order had gone through and another set of flowers arrived a few days later. I have been charged twice and told when I rang up to complain that no refund on the first order can be done, as it was over 5 hours since it was placed. I did point out that that this was due to me having no notification that the first order had gone through. They wouldn't budge, that's last time I use this company.

Flowers have not landed yet but the website experience is very impressive and I work in UX/UI so that is high praise - as long as my friends likes the flowers then I will be coming back!
