My flowers came for my mum who was grieving a death, the flower came a little floppy dieing I contacted them and they replied very quick and send a fresh bunch of flowers I use prestige flowers every year following and anniversary and never had a problem before 100% recommended

Used about 5 times now like in Devon and girlfriend in Isle of Man always great looking flowers and last a good few weeks I would say great great service fast and the extra gives , wine , chocolate seem to all way get you I. Ten good books will continue to use thank you

Worst flower delivery company ever!! Needed flowers to be delivered on the next day. I discounted flower delivery companies that showed me a day later delivery times during the ordering process. Although it was early evening when I put a delivery postcode on Prestige Flowers website, it still showed me next day as a delivery day. It was essential that my friend got her flowers on that particular day because she was going away the next morning for two days and nobody was home to accept the delivery. Only a few hours after I had placed my order, I received an email from the Royal Mail informing me that the flowers were going to be delivered a day later than indicated in my order. My friend was not going to be at home so I had to ask another friend to wait for the flower delivery on that day. Of course the surprise was no longer there because I had to explain the situation to my friend, ask her to leave her keys to our other friend who agreed to drive 40 miles from her house just to accept that delivery. Guess what, the flowers didn’t arrive on that day. They arrived 48 hours later… Customer service was very quick to respond. Actually I was quite impressed at first until I realised that they were doing cut & paste pre written apologies and T&Cs. They must be doing that a lot. My mistake I didn’t check the reviews on Trustpilot. When I finally did I realised that out of 40 recent reviews, 29 were one star from frustrated and disappointed customers. The flowers arrived tired and didn’t last long. Will never use that company again.

I had trouble paying as I was getting sent back to the home page. However the flowers looked very pretty and I am hoping my friend will like them too. I have used this site before and will do so again.

I arrived in the UK from NZ, for a special birthday for my Mother. I was recommended your company by several friends and family members and not having lived in UK for 20+years, i took this as gold. Ordering online was a breeze, so far so good. Mums favorite flowers where available so again another positive. Order all set and message for card written, checkout was simple. The day of my Mother's birthday arrived and the flowers arrived, they were a little weepy but thought maybe just needed water. The following morning 30% of the flowers were already dying, the roses had started to turn brown, the bunch was hideous. I contacted the help line and provided the information and photos requested but heard nothing back. Few days later I reached out again and finally got a response from a wonderful customer service, Ellie. She was your saving Grace. From the moment Ellie became involved in the complaint everything became a smooth process to resolve. She replied in a timely manner, truly listening to my issues and got the outcome requested days prior. Ellie needs praise for the way she stepped up and handled this case matter. I ordered flowers for a birthday one medium “roses and lilies” and one large “joyful” bouquet. “Prestige flowers” sent me the wrong sizes on both bouquets, they were much smaller. On top of that the flowers don’t look the same as they do online (false advertising). when I tried to resolve this with them over email and phone all I got was gaslit and empty sympathies. I was told “they’re just a bit dry, follow the care guidelines” and a £10 partial refund offer on what was an order of over £80. How disappointing. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I placed an order but gave the wrong post code. After a lot effort put in by Ellie and her colleague this has been resolve. A new delivery is now enroute many thanks to those two people. This time to the correct post code.
