One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The quality of the flowers were awful, a very small bunch of flowers, some of the flowers were dead and no water in the bag on delivery. Not worth the money at all, very over priced. The customer service team via email were very unhelpful.

My partner received flowers from her son for her birthday on Sunday, within less than 18 hours, all 3 roses were dead. I complained and was advised due to data protection the email would need to come from my partner. She was ill, hence why I wrote and copied her in. My partner wrote an email and was told photos were needed which I’d explained we had in my first email. They wanted a ‘Birds Eye’ view , my partner took more photos and sent them. John M said ‘once the pictures are received, we will promptly forward them to our Florist Manager for further examination.’ He goes on to write ‘the team will work diligently to determine the best resolution suitable for your specific case. We value your feedback…..’ We have received no response since the first complaint on Monday 13th, it is now 16th! The flowers are in the bin as the bouquet was embarrassing with dead roses and other foliage looking sad. Whilst we accept that things can happen, what we can’t accept is the fact that her son spent money to arrange a lovely birthday gift that died within 24 hours. Even flowers purchased in Tesco & Sainsbury’s have a longer shelf life of 5 days guaranteed! When they haven’t, I’ve been given fresh flowers without issue. Similarly, Bloom & Wild delivered flowers to me a year ago, they died quickly, not that different to these, their solution , to offer to resend , all sorted within 24hours, now that is service! Often we share things with friends and families of our experiences, on this occasion we won’t recommend Prestige Flowers as flowers were paid for, they were not fit for purpose , and the response is poor! Quite why photos have to be seen by a florist manager is beyond me, how can he tell anything other than they are dead. A refund should be given in full or the flowers replaced! I note the other people who have had cause to complain have not received a follow up service. Very disappointed which is shame as it’s always good to try other companies.

I searched for a florist in the city I wanted to send flowers to in Perth Scotland and it’s came up with the ‘Perth florist Presteige Flowers’. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday to arrive on the Thursday but then received a notification to say they would arrive on the Friday. (Not my mums birthday). When I called to complain they said on the terms in conditions that if it’s a hard to reach place from their Nottingham base that it would be an extra day delivery and I should have read the Ts & Cs! 1. Their search engine optimisation should not state that they’re in the city I was looking for if they are based on Nottingham. (Which is why I looked for a local florist in that location). 2. Perth is a city in Scotland and should not be classed as a ‘hard to reach place’. If this is the case it should be made clear on the booking page…. Not hidden in Ts&Cs that I’m obviously not going to read to send a bunch of flowers!! Really disappointed at this whole situation and the lack of empathy when I called. Sending a bunch of flowers shouldnt come with hidden Ts&Cs and key caveats should be made clear on the booking page. I won’t be using them again.

Easy to use, full of surprises to choose from as add-ons, flowers are exception and best of all is the video and voicecall messages. Not even to mention the cards include special animation which is a pleasure to complete. I have used other online delivery services in past. But Prestige Flowers are unique.

Delivered on time and not a bad bunch, bit sparse but ok. No complaints. Just to say thanks so no specific day but delivered as requested. Communication good plenty emails.Cant find order number?Can't upload picture?

Ordering experience was ruined by 'upgrading' the size of the order without making this clear. Buying flowers for someone should be a special treat, not something you feel conned into paying more for. Reply to below; don't advertise a price, then autoset the choice to above that price - that would be transparent, instead you suggest a price then put the burden on the customer to 'opt out' of the 'upgrade'. Your sorry is patronising and inauthentic.

Very confusing website — when setting up a guest account I was prompted to enter the address to which the flowers were being sent and, after I did so, that address was shown as the billing address. Very disappointing.
