I'd hate to see the medium or small bouquets as what we recived is a tenner in Tesco's and they are dead already after a few days . Not chuffed at all. .

It would have been very helpful if I had been able to review my order easily as I was worked through it. Final review of my order still only showed purchase of bouquet and no add-one. My head aches!

United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Site seemed to automatically go for a more expensive option. Pricing is misleading I a sure standard postage could be included for deliveries in mainland UK . I am not sure why £0.50 was added at checkout. I will hold judgement on this company until the flowers are delivered

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and the bouquet ( I use this as a very loose term) that I arrived was simply awful. There were certainly not the number of buds that were advertised, two of the buds were in full bloom and were passed their best by the next day, and the customer relations girl…Jess…was simply not interested. I appreciate that businesses are struggling…but so are customers! I am embarrassed that this ‘creation’ was sent to a close friend, and I’ll certainly NOT be using them again. So disappointed!

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Very disappointed. I had chosen flowers for a baby celebration and gone from the picture displayed of pink roses and Lille's and I got red ones! When I contacted them they were very unhelpful and said nothing wrong with them. I certainly wont use again after this.

However, my last deliveryended up a dy late - i still thought it shouldve arrived on timefor my friends birthday - so i was dissapointed and emailed prestige. Georgia ( customer service) explained that some deliveries can take longer than normal-but as a goodwill gesture she put delivery charge back on my account! was mega happy about that! so, thank you georgia and prestige! x

Canada | 15 January 2025Despite paying quite a bit for delivery, flowers ordered for mother's 70th birthday were not delivered on time. When I enquired with the company, they said they couldn't guarantee on time delivery to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland - ie. most of the UK. This is not prominently displayed on their website, not did it pop up when I entered the delivery address. Deliberately misleading - Do not recommend.

United Kingdom | 15 January 2025Ordered flowers for a colleague following the passing of her Mum. The flowers arrived with one broken and the remaining died the next day. This was highly embarrassing especially in view of the reason for sending them. Sent photos of the flowers to customer service who said the photos weren’t conclusive enough and I needed to send more photos. In view of the circumstances I wasn’t prepared to ask my colleague for additional photos. Prestige offered me £10 off a future order. Needless to say I won’t be using them again and have to say the experience has been totally disappointing.
