Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

Do NOT shop with Ross-Simons if you want timely delivery. I ordered twice and the 1st time the order was 1 week late. This order is over 2 weeks late and counting … still haven’t received order. Secondly, Ross-Simons sends so many emails to entice you to buy from them that it’s overwhelming (I had to unsubscribe). Lastly when I contacted Ross-Simons about the late delivery, there customer service just tells you it’s hung up somewhere in the US Post Office system and if it’s not delivered in 2 weeks, they’ll contact you to either send another order or refund your money. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have yet to be contacted by Ross-Simons. (Ross-Simons doesn’t even follow their own procedures!) I would NOT recommend Ross-Simons. UPDATE: 11/16/2022 Ross-Simons was unable to deliver BUT instead of contacting (per their policy) to see if I wanted a refund or a reorder, Ross-Simons issued a reorder. I had to contact Ross-Simons customer service to get a refund and the new order they issued without contacting me was canceled. Here’s something “interesting”. Ross-Simons replied to my review. Their reply is in regard to a different order. Scares me that they are unable to address the order (although if I could share the shipping tracking record, you’d be scared to see how disorganized the shipment record is … it shows the order, for 1 necklace, was pulled from 3 separate warehouses! Nothing ever arrived although it was received 3 hours north of my location 11days ago!!!). Think before Ross-Simons plays this game with you! I’ll get my necklace from someone that actually’wants’ my business.

I was disappointed in the fact that this small, chain bracelet was packed in a plastic bag, then put in your brown sack, then in a box........only to be so tangled so badly it took two separate ties to try and undo the tangled chain..............bad Ross Simons........no matter the price, deliver the product attached to something so it does not become tangles.......I almost returned the whole package of two bracelets.

Communications was great (was kept informed from purchase to delivery). The earrings purchased are absolutely beautiful (bought as a gift for my daughter), from shape, design, color. The price was reasonable (I am grateful for the earrings being affordable).

Bought a black pearl necklace and a Mossinite ring. Received the necklace and was told the ring was back ordered. A month later I got a shipping notification for the ring. I double checked with UPS. Only the label was printed, nothing was shipped. I’ve called several times and I get the run around with them saying it shipped but it never has according to UPS. It is nearly a month after it supposedly shipped and I have no ring! Ross-Simons refuses to refund my $$.

I’m going to tell a 45 min story. I ordered what I thought was a 3 piece set baby spoon fork set. Received only one spoon. Very very upset because it showed 3 piece set. First Lady in customer service so sweet and very understanding even though I was on hold 3 different times. Asked to speak to supervisor and got cut off some how, may have been my phone so no blame. Called back. Got a very rude and no care about what you your trying to say because she tried to talk over me very loudly. Asked her at least 6 times to talk to a supervisor and after she goes on loudly I say nothing. When she stopped I ask politely once again to talk to supervisor. After couple minutes wait I talked to Juan which was very professional. He resolved my issue immediately as well as sending an email to handles their website in how what they show was so deceiving. I have to say they took care of me. So customer service was a help and care about customers as long as you don’t get the one lady that was so so rude. If she can’t listen to what customers are saying without taking it personal you will be fine because some of them do care. Thank you Juan.
