Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned.

I ordered two items (earrings and a bracelet), both of which were shown to be in stock. The next day, I received an email saying one of the items was backordered with a 3 month wait. There is no good reason why the item that was "backordered" a day later was shown as "in stock" the day before.

Ordered a diamond tennis bracelet, it arrived with broken clasp. Upon (finally) reaching someone to assist they asked if I wanted to ship it back for repair! Really? No, I want a replacement. I dropped at USPS and then called Customer Services to ask if now that the shipping is in progress (yes the have record of that) will the replacement be shipped out. CS was very rude and hung up on me. No more orders from RS for me.

On December 5th I placed an order on their website for Jade "Good Fortune" Bracelet for my wife's birthday (December 9). I received an email with tracking number that says it will arrive on the 12th , on the 12th the tracking says it would be the 14, on the 13th it says the 14th, and then the 15th. I called customer service and the 2nd agent got mad and hung up on me. The 3rd agent insisted that it will arrive on the 14th by 9am via UPS. I requested to speak to a supervisor and never been able to, but told that one will call me back after talking to the agent who hung up on me. Never heard back. I called on the 15th and same.3rd agent told me that it will arrive today the 15th by USPS not the UPS. Still waiting

Went early Christmas shopping in Oct. When sorting through items to wrap realized I had wrong size for one child. Had no receipt but had credit card & purchase date. Clerk Claimed the system does not allow credit card search & offered me a 1/2 price store credit. Ross in what world can u not look up a purchase in a retail pos system. And no you cannot have half my hard earned money! Dont shop here.

Said item was shipped and USPS tracking said no after three days. Called company and it magically shipped after calling them

I received my jewelry in a timely manner. I love the selections except for one item. The pink pearls do not look pink; I like the style, but I really wanted "pink pearls." I haven't decided whether I want to return them. I love the other pieces - the cross ring backed by mother of pearl and the other pair of pearl earrings. They are very nice.

My earrings I had gotten a few months prior shattered on a flight (possibly the change in air pressure?). Ross and Simons sent a shipping label for me to send them in and possibly have them fixed. But instead they just sent me a brand new pair within a few days. I was blown away by their customer service, and I have been extremely pleased with their jewelry. Would highly recommend!

The opal and tanzanite ring arrived with 4 out of the 5 opals discolored a yellowish color. Over the past months they have all changed to an ugly yellow/orange/brown. The ring is so unattractive that I won’t wear it…. A solid waste of $895.

I purchased three items. Two for myself one for a gift. I was very disappointed in the Sapphire earrings I purchase for a gift. The stone is so dark it looks black and the overall look of the earrings doesn't match the price paid. They are being returned and apparently I have to pay the shipping fee.

This company is borderline criminal. the $1,500 necklace they sent me looked absolutely nothing like the one in the picture. Incredibly cheap stones, dull, and even chipped. And customer service to return it has been an absolute nightmare. DO NOT purchase anything from these scumbags!!

I purchased a bracelet from Ross Simmons and I purchased the protection plan along with it. After having it for a while it came apart. They sent me another with no problems.
