Parts of Hilary’s are good, selling and fitting. After sales and customer service however is shockingly bad. After supplying an inferior and poorly manufactured Roman blind which I had to remove because it looked so awful they tell me there’s nothing they can do because my guarantee is revoked. It’s a simple process removing a blind so why it would revoke the guarantee I’ve no idea. Their response was so abrupt and failed to even address the problem with the blind manufacture. I’ve had curtains made with no issues, sadly I won’t be using Hilary’s again and will not recommend them.

Excellent level of customer service provided when obtaining a quote for shutters. Tony Boundary listened to my requirements and preferences then presented the various options available to me. He clearly explained the benefits and disadvantages of the different choices. Tony was able to answer any questions that I had, and he explained what the process would be.

The Shutters are beautiful and look very expensive. I can’t stop staring at them. They’ve been fitted perfectly, and so quickly done!!! Richard (advisor number 118441) was really friendly and so nice to talk to. You can trust he knows what he’s doing. Paul was very knowledgeable and fitted them quickly once the order was received. Since then, I have contacted Paul for other blinds, and would highly recommend him as an Advisor and Fitter. Paul gives a friendly, approachable service, nothing is to much trouble, he fits in around my work pattern and he is always polite and courteous, and is a credit to Hillary's as their front of house, so to speak.
