This is the second time we’ve used Hillary’s through their advisor Kevin Smith(Decor). His product knowledge is extensive and he knew what would work well with our style of window and decor whilst remaining intuitive to our requirements. When fitting the products he worked with precision, was clean & tidy and respectful of the surroundings. We are absolutely delighted with the products and Kevin will be our first point of contact for window dressings in future.

There was a good range of products and designs to choose from. The agent offered advice without being overly pushy. The process from choosing the product, measuring and fitting the blinds was quick and efficient. Appointments were kept and I was informed of time of arrival. The agent was friendly and professional. I chose from the 50% off range and was very happy with the results.

My experience with Hillarys was positive from start to finish. My adviser, Graham Fell, adviser number 112765, was helpful throughout the process, answering all of my questions and offering helpful suggestions. I am planning to use Hillarys again for the rest of my house later this year and my parents are also going to do the same in their house.

We had a blind fall down but received very prompt and helpful service from Adrian (Bailey 118511). He returned my call and came to fix the problem within a couple of days. He arrived on time, was careful to keep our house clean and cheerfully resolved the problem. I would recommend him to anyone, I could not have received better service.

Following an awful experience it has continued: Sharon Sahota promised to sort out my curtains after my initial review on here and unfortunately it hasn’t happened. - I’m still missing the living room curtains, they said they were being couriered, the fitter hasn’t received them, it’s now 3weeks late with no curtains. - my bedroom curtains are too short, I was told to send photos, I did this 2weeks ago and called 4 times and no reply. Do not trust this company - it is a total lie. Do not give them your money, I am not progressing to small claims court to deal with this issue.
