I have ordered shutters for four bedrooms. Yesterday (17.02.25) the second bedroom was installed. I love the classic look of the shutters and the staff have been so professional and helpful during the whole process. I must make mention of Perry Narroway (Advisor no. 118242) who has installed shutters in two of the bedrooms so far. He goes the extra mile and wants the customer to be 100% happy with the finished product. He takes the time and talks to you through how the installation will go. Now both bedrooms are complete. I am really pleased with Perry's workmanship and look forward to the next two bedrooms being complete. Thank you Perry for all of your hard work. I am posting this on behalf of my parents Mr & Mrs Shetcliffe as they don't have a smart phone but thought the service was very good so wanted to share their review

Disappointed in the after sales warrenty. A member of my family rang and told they would not talk to them as they were not the account holder. The blinds were at this time still under warranty. When my wife got hold of them a few weeks later she was told they were no longer under warranty. Offered to send out some clips? I just want these fit for purpose and not fiddling around to repair.

The fitter,Gary,was very helpful,took care with the fitting,did an excellent job despite dealing with a huge blind.Cleared up after him, helped me store the old blind ,explained everything. Cannot recommend them highly enough.Thank you for a job well done.
