A very friendly and experienced fitter

Our adviser was Sonny Dexter 116250 Well, where to start? Sonny came to measure our windows but when we mentioned they were being replaced he offered to give us a ‘rough price’ and would come and measure again once the new ones were fitted. He came the day after our windows were installed, gave us the price (which was the same as his estimate) and we placed the order and arranged a date for him to come back and install them. And now they’re in and look amazing! We are so very pleased with them and can’t recommend Sonny high enough. Such a lovely man, polite, knowledgeable and a very tidy worker. Like many people I’d got a quote from an online company where you measure and fit yourself but thought I’d try Hillary’s to see how they compared - we also didn’t really fancy trying to fit them ourselves! We were pleasantly surprised at the difference in cost so decided to ‘Bring in the professionals’ Thank you Sonny (and Hilary’s) we are delighted with how they look

Professional and efficient company, Robert Nicholls the representative was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, he arrived on time to measure up and fitted the blinds on the date and time stated at the initial meeting, no fuss and no hassle. I would highly recommend.

Mark (131696) our advisor and installer came today to fit the living room curtains we had ordered.. As on previous occasions the work was to a high standard, Mark provided a professional and friendly service, and we would recommend him.

Great service and fast fitting

When the first visit happened - there was no pressure and a lot of good advice especially about things that would not have occurred to me otherwise. The fitting was then done calmly and efficiently and very professionally. All the time I was confident that I was dealing with a company that knew what they were doing and had it if to a fine art.

Process to order was fairly easy, a little update nearer fitting time would be useful. On the day advisor Jack Bajwa ( 118626) did an excellent job, in fact you wouldn’t know he’d been if it weren’t for the lovely shutters he fitted with great care. Shutters look stunning. Please rethink your recycling policy….rather a lot of boxes to dispose of !!

Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was friendly and efficient.

The only problem with the installation was with a single drop that was out of line with the rest. To his credit, the installer gave his best shot but had to abandon his attempt in favour of ordering a replacement blind.

We recently moved last August and wanted new blinds throughout so we chose Hillarys. We didn't have to wait long for our first appointment and Mark (advisor name CALYPSO 131696) who came to go through everything with us and measure up was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Mark was back within a couple of weeks to fit the blinds he was very efficient, he was back again today to fit some new curtains we had ordered a couple of weeks ago. We are really pleased with our blinds and curtains and would recommend Hillarys and our advisor.
