United Kingdom | 13 January 2025This is the second time I have used Maple Birmingham meet and greet. Dropping the car off has never been a problem. Picking the car up is a problem. Last time I was waiting 15 minutes for the car. Today 25 minutes. I did as was asked. Called when I picked up bags and was asked to wait 20 minutes as car was being de iced. I saw hundreds of cars and not one had ice on it. There just is not enough staff to fetch the cars.it is better and quicker to park in a local carpark and walk five minutes. I am editing this post to say that having been requested by Maple to pass on details, I did so. Bottom line I am very very happy with there findings and the outcome. My review was a honest assessment of what happened, it may have come across as negative. But I will just as quick to say I am very very happy with how Maple dealt with this. Because of this I have changed my original 2 stars to 5 stars. Many thanks Maple.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025Amazing meet and greet probably the best I have ever used, and I’ve used many. Prompt drop off literally 2 minutes then off to the departure gate. On arrival the car was waiting after I called from baggage collection and had been warmed up for us which was very welcome. Great staff and a really easy to use service. I can highly recommend Maple and will definitely use them again.

United Kingdom | 13 January 2025Good value compared to others. It almost feels like there is a cartel on Heathrow car park pricing these days and it is often cheaper to use a taxi there and back which is terrible value for money, so please keep your keen pricing. I also liked the no wait guarantee as a selling point when i booked the parking. However, execution could have been better as the car was c 15 minutes late so I have claimed on the guarantee.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2025I completed the booking but then realised I had done the wrong arrival time, I emailed, they responded within 10 mins and sorted out the right time, there was no extra cost, it was so easy. Hoping when we drop out car of to go on holiday will go just as smooth!

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025I am a very disappointed customer. I have been using Meet and Greet and in particular Maple Parking for over 10 years so I would consider myself a loyal customer. I have a Velar Range Rover which comes with large tyres/rims. For extra protection, I added rim protection on all four wheels. I dropped my car off at the South Terminal explaining to the person who collected my car that I expected the car to handled with care due to how expensive it is to repair. He promised me that my car was in good hands and I believed him as I have never had any issues with your service before. Sadly, upon collection of my vehicle - as it was being driven towards me in the car park, I noticed straight away that the back left tyre had been rimmed as the protector was missing. As the driver parked the car and I approached it for closer inspection- I saw that the entire rim had been badly damaged along with the surrounding tyre and the rim protector ripped apart with half of it missing. Others customers saw the vehicle and took photos. One noticed that there were also scratches on the body work above said wheel. I couldn’t believe how badly damaged the wheel was. It appears that the driver deliberately drove the vehicle along the curb for a sustained period of time causing maximum damage to the tyre, rim and rim protector. The person doing the hand over said he has taken photos of all damage including the scratches to the body work and that he would feed it back to his customers care team. I also took photos and called customer service but the male who answered was dismissive advising me to send an email instead. Please note that I am a lone female driving from Gatwick to Kent at approximately 2300hrs at night. As I drove out the Gatwick car park, the hazard warning sign came on telling me that the said wheel was losing pressure. I had no choice but to pull over outside the airport to reassess the situation and if I was going to be able to drive home. Moments later, customer service called me. It was a male. He was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending. He had everything planned to tell me including that I was already home and that maybe I drove over a nail on my way home. I tried to explain to him that I only just left the airport so how could I be home already when I live in Kent? He refused to listen. He had his story and that was all there was to it. He didn’t care that I was a lone female stranded outside the airport due their negligence. He further explained that Maple Parking was not responsible for my tyre losing pressure and that it was not linked to the severe damage caused to the tyre, rim and rim protector. He would not listen to anything I had to say. He ended our conversation advising me that I should take the company to small claims court if I wanted to. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have never experienced such arrogance, manipulation and misogyny before in my life. it’s evident to me that he thought that because I am woman he could treat me like an imbecile who has no common sense. He agreed that he can see that damage was caused but that said damage didn’t lead to the tyre losing pressure and that there is no correlation between the two things. How is this possible? We are talking about the very same wheel here. If this is how they treat customers then they shouldn’t be conducting business where they have to deal with customers as there is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I find this completely unacceptable. Please avoid this company at all cost. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025The state of the car on return to Birmingham airport was appalling - best way to describe was as if someone had taken a shower inside the car!! The inside of all the windows was wet and the rear seat was soaking!!! EV car parked with plenty of charge for our return journey, but, this was jeopardised by the return driver who had everything in the car powered on to full volume & heat level, including heated steering wheel & seats (almost like they were trying to dry the vehicle post-shower, whilst having a rave). Disgusted with the treatment of our new car.
