Rude staff at Heathrow Terminal 3, car not ready for collection when we arrived. Smarmy employee told us we should have called, however we were explicitly told by Holiday Extras you do not need to call. They have your flight info, so they know you've landed. Terrible service overall, stick to the official Heathrow meet and greet or just stump up for self parking, as you'll be in your car much quicker.

THERE IS NO MAPLE PARKING SIGNAGE AT CARPARK GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE. MAPLE PARKING TO ADD WARNING IN BOLD AT THE START OF INSTRUCTIONS. AS THEY HAVE NO MEANS TO CREDIT ANYONE PASSING THROUGH LEVEL 1. ON OUR ARRIVAL ON 01JAN THERE WAS NO BACK OFFICE HELP. CUSTOMERS JUST LEFT TO PAY EXCESS AT KIOSK I HAVE USED SISTER COMPANY "ACE MEET AND GREET PARKING" AT GATWICK NORTH FOR 10YEARS WITH ONLY 5 STAR SERVICE. THEY HAVE AGREED CLEAR SIGNEAGE WITH LOGO.

Even though I had to cancel my booking, the customer service was excellent.

Good value compared to other parking providers and close to T5 - nicely organised. However in our case the wait for the transfer both on arrival and departure was 15 mins plus.

All perfect, easy to find the parking, shuttle bus ready to depart and only 5 minutes to arrive to the airport. At return , bus was at bus stop and departed immediately, all good
