Helpful staff and good location

Couldn't fault it

After using Maple Parking on a number of times, I am sad to have to write this review. We waited over half an hour before I was told that they dropped my car off at the wrong terminal. This isn’t a very difficult job, especially when you provide all the information when you book the parking. Cannot see myself using Maple parking any time soon. Update, nothing like waiting an hour for your car at 05:00 in the morning. These terminals must very very far apart.

Very professional staff, the facilities are good and well organise, the booking process, delivery and collection of your car is easy. I have have used their services for a long time, no issues so far.

Easy booking, left car at Gatwick North terminal and picked up at Gatwick South terminal, no dramas and no problems. Great alternative to Gatwick airport parking, particularly if you have luggage.

Okay Though the staff that had my car keys was rude and abrupt. However maintained my cool took my keys and drove off peacefully.

Very easy to drop your car off. Seemed very smooth! However, we landed today Christmas Eve! Called maple parking as instructed to get our car back, we were told that our car was undriveable and we would need to get recovered! As you can imagine it’s near on impossible to get recovered on Christmas eve! I understand that things do happen but my issue is that the staff obviously were aware of an issue and we were not contacted prior to our arrival! We could have arranged something had they have contacted us in Some way!

Used Maple parking at Stanstead a few times now. Easy. Car is always ready on my return. Very competitive prices. Regular free shuttle to terminal. Just works so highly recommended.

Easy to book

First time customer in mid Dec. After reading loads of review, I didnt set high expectation because there were both positive and negative. But from my experience, all went well so I would rate 5 stars. Everything was smooth, instruction was clear, the staff was very helpful and polite. My flight back was 1hr delayed but there was no issue at all. Highly recommend.
